HOW TO GET A JOB

MY FIRST JOB   by Prof. P.K.Keshap

in Careers / Career Management    (submitted 2011-10-27)

HOW I GOT MY FIRST JOB?
Sukhwinder alias Sukhi (Real name withheld for privacy) is a son of a service man. His father retired after putting in about 38 years of service. His father got a large sum of money as retirement benefits. During his service, the father had been able to get his two sons educated. Sukhi is B.Tech and his elder brother is P.G.in Agril. Engineering.
The elder brother migrated to Canada from India and was a permanent resident there. Now Mr. Sukhi having passed the final year of B.Tech was dreaming of migration to Canada. Everyday, he used to quarrel with his father and accused his father that despite having worked for over 30 years, he could not develop a good network so that his son could get a good job.
The answer of the father was very simple, plain and direct. I have worked honestly in a department of Govt. of India and have worked with honor and pride. I can't go and ask anyone for the job.
Daily routine of Sukhi: Getting up early in the morning and directing mother to prepare good breakfast for him. Then, taking the motor cycle and start it for meeting the friends and acquaintances. During a month, 25 days, eat the lunch with friends and others. No information to parents. Parents always lived under fear and worried that this boy may not create a problem for them. The invisible scare could be well seen on the face of his mother though father always went on whining and cursing the son.
On the one side parents were worried about his future, on the other side they were under psycho pressure their son may not go astray and be anti-social or drug addict. In the evening, Sukhi will come and take the remote control of television and start it sleeping on the sofa.
Always directing mother to bring this or that; cook good, tasty eatables. Once father or mother asked about what he was doing, unending quarrel will start. The quarrel will culminate into heated arguments and then Sukhi will jump from sofa and run from the home. Many times, he told his parents, that he will leave the house and stay outside without food. He will die but will not come back.
Listening to this, mother used to panic and shed tears. She then started to quarrel with father and blamed him for bad behaviour and daily nagging of the young son.
One day, Mr. Bhatti a friend of the father, came to meet father of Sukhi. The helpless and hopeless father, fed up with the behaviour of the son opened up his heart to the friend. "Listen my dear friend, I have a big problem. My son is B.Tech in Computer Science and is sitting at home idle for the past 6 months. He asks me daily to arrange a job for him. How can I do that? I have worked in Government Department as an officer. I don't know what is Computer Science and he asks me for the job? I am totally troubled and confused. I thought I will enjoy my retired life, but this boy has turned my life into hell. Every day quarrel and blaming me for his life is really intolerable. I gave him 50% of the share of my bank balance and the sold off land but instead of using it for his own benefit, out of anger as a protest, he deposited the money in my account. This has pained me further. What should I do? Please suggest me. I shall be thankful to you if you could find a solution to this big problem."
Mr. Bhatti was sympathetic and lent his services to mentor the arrogant child. He told the father of Sukhi, " You make your son to visit me some day. I will mentor him." Father consulted the mother and mother agreed.
After some days of the visit of Mr. Bhatti, the father told the son that the job has been arranged and Sukhi can go to meet Mr. Bhatti with his bio-data.
The son was happy. He immediately went to internet café and got his bio-data made. With a 2 page bio-data, Sukhi reached at the residence of Mr. Bhatti.
After formal enquiries, Mr. Bhatti allowed Sukhi to come in and they both sat over a cup of tea. While having tea, the bio-data was scanned by Mr. Bhatti. He kept the bio-data aside and addressed Sukhi.
"Mr.Sukhi, you are B.Tech and sitting without job at home for the past 6 months."
"Yes uncle. My father has not used his influence to get me a job."
"Why don't you try?" asked Mr. Bhatti.
" I have given bio-data to more than 20 companies and offices but I have not received any call so far. Whosoever offers me a job, his salary is very low."
"How much?"
"Just Rs.3500 to 4000. Is this the value of a B.Tech person? I won't join less than Rs, 15000/- p.m."
" You are a fool. You are sitting at home and quarreling with father and mother. Entire day you are either going to meet friends or sitting on sofa to watch TV. This is depreciating your brain and education. Go and work even without salary. Working in some office means observing and listening to good and intelligent people. This means adding knowledge and value to your education. Your prospects of work will increase."
The suggestion appealed to Sukhi and the very next day, he joined an office from where he had received the call to join.
Sukhi had not completed a week, when a DSA of a bank visited his office. This DSA offered him Rs. 7000/-. Sukhi worked there for 10-12 days, when another DSA of another bank offered him Rs.15000/-
Sukhi did not resign but joined the job with this DSA.
Sukhi had worked with this DSA for about 15 days when a Software Development Company person came into his contact and that company asked him to develop a software.
Sukhi is an intelligent guy. He developed the software and the company paid him Rs. 20000/- and offered him a job. Sukhi again left the job and joined the software company. Sukhi did not bother to recover his dues from these 3 earlier employers.
Now within a period of 1-1/2 month Sukhi was Software Engineer. Sukhi used to work on internet. On internet, he went on searching jobs in Canada. His efforts brought fruits.
A company from Canada offered him a job. He migrated to Canada and is now earning Canandian $ 60000 (Rs. 18,00,000 per annum if translated in Indian Currency) Happy Sukhi now comes home from Canada and parents go to pick him up from the Airport. All are happy.
LESSON:
Trees are born out of seeds. Dare and join the work at small pay and it will grow into big jobs.

Customer Relationship Building Skill   by Prof. P.K.Keshap

in Business / Customer Service    (submitted 2011-09-27)

A farmer told me this story from his own real life. Age of the farmer was about 78 years as declared by him.
Babuji, it was about 30 years back. My elder son was studying in M.Sc. Chemistry. My another son was in B.Com. I had no money to support my family of 3 sons, 4 daughters and wife. We were 9 members to survive on Rs. 1000 i.e. $ 20 per month. The time was very tough. I remained under mental pressure and tension. There was no source of income except 2 crops which we Jats sow in our fields.
My elder son asked me for some clothes so that he might go to college. He showed me torn clothes. I was perturbed and still collected courage to say, " Don't worry my son, I will arrange clothes for you." How can a father tell to his son that father is unable to arrange clothes for his dear, son? It will derail the credibility of father in the mind of the son. Babuji my both sons are very hard working and no bad habit they have.
I went to the shop of cloth-seller. Throughout the day I sat but could not ask the shop keeper to give me cloth on credit. I came back home. My wife asked me about the cloth but I told her that shop keeper was not there. The real reason I concealed.
Next day again I went to the shop of cloth seller. Many customers were coming and going. I could not dare to ask him for the cloth. I sat for about 4-5 hours and went on talking about different happenings in the village. Shop keeper knew that Sardarji comes and talks a lot. His servants served me water and tea. I enjoyed there hospitality. When there was none, I found an opportunity to talk to the cloth seller and disclose the real issue.
"Lalaji, my son is studying in the college. You know that he needs clothes for wearing in the college. Please help me." First he was reluctant to help. But I pleaded and persuaded him. Lalaji agreed to give cloth on credit. The bill for clothes for son, another sons, daughters and wife all totaled Rs. 2700/- in those good times. I promised to pay when the next crop comes and sold into the market.
Due to heavy rains and floods, our crop was destroyed and we were forced to be without food not to speak of paying the debt. I requested the shop keeper to give more time to pay back the debt. But the shop keeper created a hue and cry. Many times, he visited my home and used foul language in front of my children. I felt very bad but could not do anything. I had to chew those poisonous words. I had no option but to request him with folded hands to postpone the recovery of debt so that I might pay when the next crop comes and sold in the market.
Instead of giving me time to pay back the debt, shop keeper filed a suit in a court of law.
I was summoned by the honourable court. I was under great mental pressure and was fearing that court will send me to jail. On the day of hearing, I went to the honourable court. Mixed thoughts were coming to mind. One was that if judge sahib will order to pay immediately, how will I pay. Another was, if I don't pay, judge sahib can order the police to send me to jail. Prayers were on my lips.
But Babuji, that day I came to know honourable judges are no less than God. A man came and pronounced mine and shop keeper's name. Fearful and trembling, I went inside the court room. Judge Sahib was sitting on the chair with two persons around him and I was praying to Waheguru(God).
Judge Sahib very patiently listened to me. I expressed my inability to pay back the debt immediately. Judge Sahib asked me how much could I pay easily. I told Rs. 300/- per month. But honourable judge sahib ordered to pay Rs. 300/- in a semester taking into account two crops a farmer like me receives during a year.
Further I prayed to judge Sahib that shop keeper must inform me in advance when he will come to collect the amount of Rs. 300/- Judge Sahib ordered this too. That day I came to know that we all should respect law. Nobody is above law. Law is very good for we all. I bowed to Judge Sahib and came out of the court. Even I bowed at the door of the court too.
Thereafter, to collect Rs. 300/- in a semester Lalaji used to come on car 2 times during those days. First time, to give information that I should arrange for Rs. 300/- and then to collect that arranged sum of Rs. 300/- There were no phones in those days.
Then I advised that Lalaji. By going to court Lalaji, you have lost a good customer. I used to buy clothes from your shop and pay you in cash because I had to pay you Rs. 2700/-. I tolerated your high toned verbal abuses because I had to pay you a sum of Rs. 2700/-.Always I crossed your shop because I owed you Rs. 2700/-. But despite my so many requests, you went to the court and honourable court order paying you Rs. 300/- in a semester. Now, you will recover Rs. 2700/- in a period of 4 .5 years. For recovering this Rs. 300/- , now you visit my house 2 times. That also costs you Rs. 100/- in terms of petrol and car repair. You cannot charge interest. In total you will recover Rs. 2700/- and spend Rs. 900 to Rs. 1000/- i.e. net you have got Rs. 1700/- . Who is the loser me or you?
You appear to be very poor in Customer Relationship Building Skills. You satisfied your ego and lost a customer for whole of life.
Babjui, now my sons earn more than Rs. 1.00 lac a month. My eldest son is in America. Second is a professional accountant and third is in farming. We have 3 cars and one tractor.
When I cross that Lala's shop, I smile and he turns his head away and lowers his eyes because every body in the village knows this incident. Lala feels shame now. Lalaji escapes meeting me when we meet in village ceremonies like functions or marriages.
Bad times do not subsist forever. Who is poor and needy may become wealthy tomorrow. We should not treat him shabbily. Now my bad time has turned into good time and I am very happy. Sabh Kujh Waheguru da hai. He helps everywhere.

10 TIPS TO CRACK CAT 2011   by Prof. P.K.Keshap

in Self Help / Coaching    (submitted 2011-09-21)

Self-help
10 TIPS TO CRACK CAT 2011
20 days Testing Window for CAT 2011 is going to be opened from October 22, 2011 to November 18, 2011 for admission to various IIMs. Last date for applying is September 28, 2011. Forms are available with Axis Bank. Many students panic a lot and do not work hard. They are more worried about result than working hard for the competition. Here are 10 tips (Tip# 6 very important) that can improve your performance in the competition and ensure your success:
1. Take a photograph of yours of A-3 size and below the photograph write your name and " I am the best." " God will not help me if I don't help myself." Now you paste this photograph in your reading room or at the place where you study. Look at this photograph many times. It will energize you.
2. Devote these 2 months i.e. 24hrs x 55 days= 1320 hrs totally for your preparation. Close the door of your room and sit inside the room. Always think about CAT and work hard only for CAT. Your only interaction should be with students who are doing CAT. Forget the world for 2 months and enjoy the whole life. Work more and calculate less. Be mentally free to put the right information.
3. Thinking and energy matters a lot. Program your mind for success thinking about BIG Picture. Avoid discouragers - mentally and socially. Don't confront them.
4. Health is very important for taking the competition. Do jogging, cycling. Go for a walk. Better all alone. Chat with yourself and positive thinking encouraging people. Do not discourage yourself. Think like a BLACK BELT HOLDER. Discouragers achieve nothing in life but criticize everyone and everything. Positive energy is depleted by listening to them. Take light food. Wear loose clothes. Drink plenty of water, honey and lemon. Balance your diet. Eat fruit, nuts and light food.
5. Sit calm and quite. Close your eyes. Oxygenate yourself by fast breathing and deep breathing. CAT is a test of mental speed. This exercise energizes mind and increases action. Learn to chew and digest the biting words of others. They have their own priorities not CAT. People first look scornfully, then ignore, then quarrel and fight, then you win says: Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi. In life we have two options: Either accept or change. Learn to accept criticism. It will generate energy for accomplishing your dreams. Cycling or walking against the wind is very difficult. Be copycat but add some more from your side.
6. Read thoroughly these 3 books:
6.1 one good book on GMAT
6.2 Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis for Verbal Ability
6.3 One year book from good publication house for GK.
Thoroughly means starting from 1st page and reading till the last page. No skipping. This alone will improve your performance by 50% to 100% in the test.
7. Don't compare yourself with others. Don't tell others about your efforts. When the results will come, all will know. Just concentrate on your studies. Help yourself. Believe in the POWER OF NOW and don't procrastinate. Be the master of your time and destiny. You daily routine is the key to your success.
8. You may also get more guidance from http://sure-tech2.blogspot.com
9. 20 minutes reading, 20 minutes writing or self-reflection what you have read and 20 minutes writing. Plan your studies in writing and follow daily routine. Match your hourly and daily achievement against the planned achievement. Try your best to beat your own records. Use voiceless music and technology to increase your mental speed.
10. Seek online help from internet. Solve as many online question papers as you can.
Check if you are improving. If not, be more intelligent.
ON THE DAY OF TEST, TOUCH FEET OF YOUR PARENTS, ELDERS AND REMEMBER YOUR AT LEAST 3 ANCESTORS WHO ARE IN HEAVEN Their blessings are most important for your success. Take print out/photocopy of this write-up and paste on a wall so that you may read daily.
BEAR IN MIND. Practice makes a man perfect. There is no magic wand for success. Practice, practice and practice.

SELF-DEVELOPMENT

BASIC PERSONALITY   by Prof. P.K.Keshap

in Business / Ethics    (submitted 2011-07-08)

The child is born in a family and inherits many traits from his parents and lineage.
Biology throughout the world is same. Male and females are born and inhabit this world. Neuter gender is also the reality.
One Earth and one humanity. We should be mentally world citizens rather than the citizens of a country or nation.
It is the socio-cultural factors that differ from place to place. Dress, living mores, Language and rules of the family, community, locality and nationality make a large difference in a child• s personality.
For the development of child, nurturing plays a greater role than nature. Nurturing is provided by law as protector, education institutions and the society at large. Family plays a great role in nurturing.
IN majority of the cases, mother and environment around mother makes the child confident or coward to a great extent. Weaker and wrong environment impacts the mind of the child negatively and concepts of life become weak and negative.
As the world is developing and reducing itself into a global village, physical superiority is losing its sheen and intellectual superiority is becoming the reality day by day.
I don• t fear law. I respect and obey law. Without law the life in the society is nothing but a wild living where the rule of the • might is right• applies.
But law wants us to behave like human beings and not like animals. Human beings respect human beings, protect earth, environment and everything mother NATURE has given.
How the law operates.
Supposing we • say Jack and Jill (from our old childhood poems)- are two friends living in an area where there is no civilization, no development, no community. Obviously, no rules, no law too.
We two start living there. We do what we like. Eat, drink, sing, cry, quarrel and make merry.
But after some time, we get fed up from this unbridled freedom of action. We both sit together and make some rules.
I (Jack)request Jill, • please don• t sing while I am sleeping.•
Jill stubbornly says, • why• . I convince him that this creates nuisance for me.
I assure him saying, • Jill I will not make noise when you sleep. You will enjoy the sleep well and after the sleep you will feel mentally and physically recharged.• Jill agrees.
This is the first law of our life. As civilizations developed, population increased and laws also became complicated for the purpose of real life enjoyment.
Family rules, community rules, social rules, local laws, state laws, national laws and international law came into existence to govern our lives and make our living better.
Law has two ingredients: One is the • spirit of law• known to the makers of law i.e. legislation ( our parliament and president) and interpreters of law (lawyers and judiciary) and another is the • letters of law• known to the operating mechanism of law i.e. law enforcing agencies. These law enforcing agencies like IAS, IPS, IRS, ED, CBI are permanent.
Law makers go on changing through elections. They represent the people. People are the real owners. You may understand it in a way that a family head makes the rule for children and family. Similarly, government • the ruling party and the parties in opposition along with president make laws in India.
So, law is a set of rules, governing individuals and their lives, states and countries equally.
All these laws prevail in the society so that an individual may live peacefully and peaceably so that he and his neighbor may enjoy full living.
Now you know law is the mechanism that provides safe and sound environment so that good ethical marketing and economic forces may flourish and individuals may develop to the fullest extent of their intellectual potential.
There is only one superiority in the world and that is the • superiority of the intellect• . Not only this law also protects humanity at large and Nature in its entirety for all the generations to come.
Good ethical marketing and economics is largely responsible for the welfare and development of human beings and protection of Earth, environment and everything relating to mother NATURE.
I hope the concept of law is clear and you agree. For a human being, it is very important to express his feelings, emotions and sentiments for fullest development of mind.
Suppression of free and frank feelings, emotions and sentiments by the human beings as is prevalent in closed societies cause very dangerous mental blocks. Human beings wreathe under this mental suppression. Google blogging and various Ezines like Go.Articles are the best ways to express feelings and emotions. The search engine is bringing the human beings of different cultures of the world closer mentally. Today's law is the total sum of all laws made, amended and deleted right from the day life started on our planet Earth.
Thereby, it is reducing the mental sickness among the human beings. Is there any other mechanism that can do this Herculean Task?
Respect law, obey law and be lawful. Becoming anti-social and anti-law costs in life. Law gives right and expects good behaviour from us-the beneficiary of law.
Knowledge of rules and law gives wings to our basic personality

HAPPINESS

Squirrel and Lion   by Prof. P.K.Keshap

in Business / Ethics    (submitted 2011-07-08)

A small squirrel was in the service of king of the jungle • the lion. Every animal of the jungle was astonished at the swiftness and enthusiasm with which the tiny squirrel served the lion.
The dedication of the squirrel also made animals around the king jealous.
What was the reason behind this service was a question that troubled the minds of many animals. But they never dared to ask the squirrel this mentally bubbling question.
They always feared that the tiny squirrel will tell this to the lion and the questioner will be taken to task by the king.

Many days passed by and one night when the tiny squirrel was having dinner with other squirrels confessed to its companions, • The king has promised me 10 bagfuls of akhrot (walnuts)- the much liked fruit for we squirrels.
I always dream of eating akhrots(walnut) but can• t find any around here.• The companions nodded in agreement. • This is the reason I am putting in so hard to serve the king. I don• t intend to annoy the king.
King scolds and frets at me, but I keep mum thinking about the promised akhrots. I many times miss my meals. This is bad. I know but I am sure that I shall be enjoying the akhrots in return in future. All gains have pains,• the tiny squirrel appeared to be suggestive to the other ones.

Days went by and the tiny squirrel grew old. One day the king spoke to the squirrel, • You have grown old and I have decided to retire you. I wish you enjoy your post retirement life. So, from next month you will be retired from the service. I am grateful to you for serving me for all these years.•
Squirrel was happy to listen these words from the king's mouth. Now the squirrel started dreaming of the day of retirement and 10 bagfuls of akhrots( walnuts) • the much liked dry fruit by squirrels.
Many times, when the squirrel slept, it went on licking its mouth as if it had broken the nut and eaten the dry fruit inside it.

Finally, the day of retirement came. King invited other animals and arranged a big see-off party.
As promised, the king gave 10 bagfuls as gift of of akhrots to the squirrel and spoke a few words in appreciation of its services.Other speakers also spoke hihgly of squirrels dedication during service tims. Senior animals garlanded the squirrel. Squarrel was overcharged with emotions. Squirrel was very happy. At last, the squirrel shook hands with all and took leave.
Squirrel arranged for ferrying the bagfuls of akhrots to its house. It was very happy moment for the squarrel. At last, it had had what was dreamt of for so many years. Other squirrels also helped and joined it.

Reaching home, taking some rest and feeling fresh, the squirrel opened one bag and wanted to break a nut but could not do so.
Its teeth were not strong enough to break the nut. Despite best efforts, squirrel could not succeed and became morose.
Young squirrels were breaking, eating and enjoying the akhrots quickly
The long wait for years for the promised akhrots was a source of happiness for a while. The old squirrel became sad and lay on the bed without eating a single akhrot. The squirrel had understood that it could not eat any akhrot as its teeth were weak and some were missing. It created internal anguish of repentance inside the squirrel. Squirrel was feeling "I have committed a grave mistake. I can't enjoy the walnuts."
The feeling was visible tears in its eyes. The tears could fall any time. Tears were like water waiting at dam to shoot when gates open.

MORAL: DON• T WAIT FOR RETIREMENT TO ENJOY LIFE.

KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY

Pathways To Knowledge   by Prof. P.K.Keshap

in Business / Entrepreneurship    (submitted 2011-07-07)

Brain is said to have about 15000 million brain cells called neurons. Also called memory cells. In addition, neorons may be called store houses of information received by a child.
On birth, the child has about 3750 million memory cells or stores houses and receives the information from the environment.
The information is received through eyes, ears, touch, taste and smell. These senses are the Pathways to Knowledge. They work as doors and windows to the brain where memory is stored.
Generally, the elders think and believe the child is young to undertstand their activities. But it is not so. Passively, the child• s brain goes on recording the informtion in its sub-conscious mind.
At the age of about 18 months the memory cells double to 7500 million and by the age of 6 they go up to 90% of the total i.e. 13500 million. The information received and gathered during the first 6 years consciously or unconsciously largely determines the beliefs and basic personality traits like faith in the world • good or bad, just or unjust, worthy of living or leaving, crime free or full of criminals, fit for building or breaking the world and many more. Mother• s mental status and the environment around mother improves the behaviour of the child. Happier the mother, happier the child.
Looking at the saintly pictures, watching healthy and religious programs on TV, avoiding strong negative foods and violent media reports contributes in making the child social, non-violent and peace loving personality.
This all affects his behaviour in later years of his/her life. That is why wise-men say, • Give us the child for the first 6 • 7years and we can make him angel or devil as we wish.• Here the basic learning matters a lot.
Orientation of mind needs direction at this level. Affection and basic faith in family system of which the mother is most important plays a vital role in establishing child• s faith in the established real world.
If the mother loves the child, the child will develop healthy concept of the world and would love to make it and ideal world.
On the other hand, neglect and ignorance on the part of the mother and other family members and community develops wrong definitions relating to various relationships in the established world.
The child finds himself/herself more confused than clear about existence in this world. By the age of 18 the brain is developed fully. This may be more illustrated.
We may take brain as a field named memory comprising of 15000 million acres of land. At the time of birth, the child has 3750 million acres of land to be cultivated. This much cultivation is done by the environment in which he is born.
His or her information receiving power is greater than the knowledge imparted to him/her. By the age of 18 month, this land increases to 7500 million for which the information lacks. Now at 6, the land i.e. memory cells increase to 90% i.e. 13500 million acres but how can it be ploughed and good seeds be sown.
We may ask where is the new knowledge and new information? In case all the land is not cultivated, what happens?. It goes barren and thorns or bushes grow. Similarly, our mind which is mostly dependent upon brain as a hardware, goes barren.
We have the capability to know more, work more, understand more, create more, innovate more but the environment in which we live does not have enough to cultivate.
By the age of 18 years, we are fully developed i.e. 15000 million acres of land is ready for cultivation. The family, community and society in which we live impose so many hurdles and constraints that even 1% of the brain is not used throughout life.
Moreover, ill-knowledge about law gathered from newspaper and media presents a fearful picture of the world. Law is the only mechanism through which the human beings are ensured life on this planet Earth. Law must be respected rather than feared. Compliance of law must come voluntarily rather than out of fear. Law should be treated as friend and source of freedom rather than an instrument to curtail freedom of speech or movement. But proper knowledge of law is rare and the child does not develop healthy concept of law. Legal system in the world is a very sound system. But elders around present it otherwise and child starts from law rather complying law happily.
This also adds to the killing of creativity in the mind of the child. Developing mind all goes astray.
Self beliefs and definitions useful for life are made during the very first 6 years of life.
The society as well as the family that provides the environment to the child and nurtures him finds less criminal minded people as its constituents.
Mind is fertilizer, say Vadanta. It can be fertilized. Prayers and meditation fertilize the mind. Ferilized Mind can be cultivated, oriented and directed for achieving the desired results from life.
Meditation changes Brain Waves, Brain States and Brain Chemicals. Brain waves are classified in 4 states i.e. Beta (13 to 25 cycles per second), Alpha(8 to 12 cycles per second), Theta (4 to 8 cycles per second) Delta (0.5 to 4 cycles per second) Lower the cps, greater is memory and psychometric response to REAL LIFE.
What benefits meditation gives in 15 -20 years, the scientific studies show that people have experienced the same benefits by using Machines in months or so.
Dynamic Personality is primarily developed by 3 factors: family, environment and mind development. Family is beyond a person• s choice. It is NATURE• S work. It is given by nature and hence is beyond the control of a person.
Environment i.e NURTURE is also somewhat in control not in toto. It is the mind only where control of the possessor is possible. Every living being has memory, but innovation and creativity needs imagination.
New inventions like internet, mobile phones etc are the result of imagination and visualization which can be enhanced by yoga and meditation. They boost memory, concentration and imagination by disciplining mind.
Yoga and meditation discipline the mind. Disciplined mind generates energy useful for attraction and • Law of attraction• applies.
What you think that you will get in life. This is law of attraction.
You think happiness, you get happiness; you think miseries, you get miseries and so on.
Think what you want not what you don• t want. Much of the time mind fears failures and likes to have success. How is this possible? Think success and like successful people, you will definitely be successful. Surround yourself with positive, successful people not negative and failed people. Critics waste energy and time.
