A very nice poem thought I should share._*Drinking From The Saucer*_- John Paul Moore_I've never made a fortune,And I'll never make one nowBut it really doesn't matter'Cause I'm happy anyhow.मैंने कभी धन दौलत नहीँ देखी।
न ही देखूंगा
परन्तु इससे फर्क नहीं पड़ता
क्योंकि मैं अब खुश हूँ , संतुष्ट हूँ।
As I go along my journeyI'm reaping better than I've sowedI'm drinking from the saucer'Cause my cup has overflowed.
जैसे ही जीवन यात्रा में अग्रसर हो रहा हूँ
मैंने जितना बोया है, उससे अधिक काट रहा हूँ।
मैं जीवन रूपी प्लेट में अधिक पाता हूँ
क्योंकि मेरा संतुष्टि का कप तो ओवरफ्लो हो रहा है।
I don't have a lot of riches,And the going's sometimes toughBut with kin and friends to love meI think I'm rich enough.
मैं बहुत अमीर नहीँ हूँ
क़भी कभी तो लाले पड़ जाते हैं
परन्तु भरोसेमंद रिश्तेदारों और प्यारे दोस्तोँ के सहारे
मैं अपने आप को दुनिया का सबसे अमीर इंसान समझता हूँ।

जो मेरे पास जो है उसके लिये मैं परमपिता परमात्मा का शुक्रिया करता हूँ।
उसका आशिर्वाद है कि मैं प्लेट में पी रहा हूँ।
क्योंकि मेरा जीवन रूपी कप ओवर फ्लो हो गया है।
He gives me strength and courageWhen the way grows steep and roughI'll not ask for other blessingsFor I'm already blessed enough.
जब जीवन रफ़ और टफ होता है,
बक्त कठिन होता है
"बह" मुझे शक्ति और होसला देता है
मैं और ब्लेसिंग्स नहीँ चाहता
क्योंकि मुझे आशा से अधिक ब्लेसिंग्स मिली हैं।
May we never be too busyTo help bear another's loadThen we'll all be drinking from the saucerWhen our cups have overflowed.
भगवान करे कि हम कभी इतने ब्यस्त न हों
कि दूसरे की जरूरत में काम न आयें
तब हम सब सभी जीवन रूपी प्लेट से पी रहे होंगे जब हम सभी के जीवन रूपी कप ओवरफ्लो कर रहे होंगे
