Disease Free LIFE 🤣

 Disease FREE life.

Dream or reality.

Yes, disease FREE life is reality if we adhere to certain "self discipline, empathy and compassion for ourselves" in day to day life.

2

Diseases are caused by irregular, unplanned, excessive eating and drinking as well 🙂 as wrong life style.

3

Every person should take into consideration the weather, the climatic conditions, ecological balance of the place where she/he lives.

Diet and lifestyle should match ALL above-mentioned factors.

For example, in winter warm clothes, if refrained, can cause damage to body and mind 😍.

4

Drinking and smoking are the two major bad habits

which damage health permanently.

Avoid them of you ❤️ Love LIFE - yours and others around you (family and friends)

5

Healthy eating especially plants based diet avoiding excess sugar and salt keeps body and mind fit.

Fasting, intermittent fasting or skipping meal energises the digestive system and improves fitness.

6

Power of sun 🌞:

Sitting or spending 1/2 an hour boosts Vitamin D in body and strengthens skeleton. Sun 🌞 is a natural disinfector.

Exposing our bodies to sunlight really boosts immunity.

7

Other health boosters:

*

Exercise 💪 regularly.

*

Practice Yoga trusting human body is good system but requires to be refreshed by exercise and yoga.

*

Meditation is to mind and body what a thread is to a garland of flowers 🌺. Scattered flowers become a garland when a thread organises them.

Similarly, meditation synchronisation is vital for organizing our unorganised and troubling thoughts.

*

Practice Positive thinking:

" Initial setbacks must not dishearten you. They shoul be accepted mentally and move on the path of success

They are part of final success 👏"

*

Believe to Act not argue .

This gives mental peace ✌️ and boosts productivity.

*

Simplifying life leverages ☮️ peace ✌️ in life.

*

Debt free LIFE ☺️ is disease FREE too to larger extent.

*

Be in the company of NATURAL surrounding. This heals.

जिंदगी

 1

चूहा मरा हुआ पत्थर है

 तो उसकी पूजा होती है।

जिंदा है तो सभी मारने की होड़

में शामिल होते हैं।

A mice when dead and made of stone, mostly revered and worshipped.

But when alive, everybody runs after it to kill

2

A snake when dead is incarnated in brass,

stone or silver and worshipped

while when alive, everybody dreads and runs after it to kill.

3

Parents gone are worshipped and remembered and photos are hung, memorials are built.

While alive are disdained as taboo on self freedom 🙂.

Principles of Life

This is an email from my dear friend from Australia Mr. P.G.J. Sinclair. Whatever good I receive and feel useful, I share with world community.

ProfHere are the principles that I personally aspire to have operating in my life - just thought I'd share them with you... PGJS(Peter)
  • Show respect.
  • Keep your word.
  • Pursue excellence in all that you do.
  • Take time to listen.
  • Be  a giver more than a receiver.
  • Think the best of others.
  • Encourage others to become the best they can possibly become.
  • Offer a timely and encouraging word.
  • Say sorry.
  • Smile first.
  • Remember a name.
  • Lend a hand.
  • Give in secret.
  • Let others do the job of ‘blowing your trumpet’.
  • Be there.
  • Spend quality time.
  • Be kind.
  • Write the random love note.
  • Give the unexpected gift.
  • Return the vehicle with the fuel tank full.
  • Go the extra mile.
  • Pay someone else’s bill.
  • Say please and thank you.
  • Lift up in preference to pulling down.
  • Overlook faults.
  • Say nothing when withheld words represent wisdom.
  • Speak up when spoken words are necessitated.
  • Correct in private.
  • Applaud in public.
  • Hold the hand of another when words fail.
  • Refrain from trying to fix everybody.
  • Be the student, even though you may be the teacher.
  • Walk in humility.
  • Live in serenity.
  • Appreciate the simple.
  • Express gratitude.
  • Live in a state of thankfulness.
So let me encourage you to always seek to do as you would want to be done, and that way you will live a fulfilled life.
Be blessed!

YES I'M ALIVE.

This shall be first poem on book #2 (which I have already started). The idea for this poem and the first line is credited to Dr. James Barbaria

I'm on a wire without a net,
Risking my own neck.
Nothing here is a sure bet.
But I'm standing tall!
Any moment I could fall.

I'm alive! I'm alive!
I'm soaring.
I'm alive! I'm alive!
Who said life is boring?

I may be shaking in my shoes
But there's nothing I can't do.
I'm more than flesh and bone.
I'm spirit too!

I'm alive! I'm alive!
I'm soaring.
I'm alive! I'm alive!
Who said life is boring?

I may bend but I won't break.
Fists are clenched; chest is tight.
I'm gonna try
with all my might
Because....

I'm alive! I'm alive!
I'm soaring.
I'm alive! I'm alive!
Who said life is boring?

Nothing here
can hold me down.
My spirits high
UP off the ground.

I'm alive! I'm alive!
I'm soaring.
I'm alive! I'm alive!
Who said life is boring?

U-Turn

You Might Have To Make A U-Turn

Once I was travelling in a part of India with which my driver was unfamiliar.

He made a wrong turn at one point but drove on for five miles before he realised he was on the wrong road. He had to stop the car then and make a U-turn, and soon we safely reached our destination.

This kind of U-turn is made not only while navigating a road; it is a principle of life.

Every person, every community, every nation needs at some point to make a U-turn. Failing to do this could result in an unbearable loss.

For example, the Tatas established a car factory in West Bengal to produce the Nano car in 2007.
Very soon they discovered that West Bengal was not favourable for their industry, so they dismantled their factory and re-established it in Gujarat. Now Nano cars are successfully running in every city of India. This success was the direct result of adopting the U-turn policy.
The same is applicable to nations. One such example is the course adopted by the United Kingdom after the Second World War. British leaders, especially those who were associated with the Fabian Society, felt that they were now unable to control India and other “British colonies” and proceeded to adopt a policy of decolonisation.
As we know, Churchill emerged as a hero in WWII, but he was defeated in the 1945 election. The reason for this being that a desire for post-war reform was widespread amongst the British population and the man who had led Britain in war was not seen as the man to lead the nation in peace.
There are numerous examples in history of the success of those who adopted the policy of U-turn and the failure of those who did not.
In this world, nothing is certain, neither for individuals nor for nations. So every individual or group of people ought to adopt the U-turn policy where it is relevant. When they find that their journey is taking them down a blind alley, they need to revise their policy, they must reassess the whole matter, and if it appears that they were heading in the wrong direction, they should change course without any further ado.
India is also a good example of this kind of policy. After Independence, India adopted the socialist model for its economy, but the result was hardly encouraging.
Then in 1991, India introduced a new policy in its economic planning. Now, in recent years, Indian authorities have brought about such great changes in economic policies as may be described as a paradigm shift and yet, perhaps the time is ripe for yet another perspective that can cleanse the system of impurities.
The U-turn policy is a law of nature. No one is able to see the unseen. No one can foresee all that is going to happen in the future. This makes the journey of life a jump into uncertainty.
A wise man is one who can reassess himself, reset his priorities, replan his project and  mould himself according to changing circumstances. Don’t try to fight against realities. Simply accept them. When you cannot change reality, change yourself.
Sometimes it appears that the U-turn policy will lead to some loss, but any such loss is the lesser evil, while going against reality is to opt for the greater evil.
The U-turn policy is only another name for what may be called acceptance of reality and adjustment to the changing times.
The U-turn policy is the policy of the wise: it ensures success, while not adopting it is risking failure. Success and failure are both in your hands.

Mini Motivators

10 Mini Motivators!
Motivational Memo Newsletter

Dear Prof,

Here are some powerful Mini Motivators drawn from the fantastic little book entitled The Mini MOTIVATOR by Paul Hanna. ENJOY!!!!
I'm going to share 10 of these powerful motivators with you now.

1. Keep Your Car Immaculate
Forget what you may have heard. When it comes to cars, we all judge a book by its cover.
Try arriving at a five-star hotel in a clapped-out piece of automation and watch how you get treated. But try arriving in a parking car and see the difference.
It's not right or wrong - it's just how we are all built. Remember that saying: 'An ounce of image is worth a ton of performance'. Whatever your car, be it a BMW or a Berlina, a Falcon or a Ferrari - when it's dirty, it tells everyone outside what is going on inside... your head!

2. Never, Ever Take No For An Answer
How long do you keep persisting when you get a 'No'?
If you lift your self-esteem you will start to see your resilience improve. Remember, the size of a person is determined by what it takes to upset them, so the higher your self-esteem the less likely you are to give in quickly.

3. Mental Ownership
The great American sales trainer, Tom Hopkins, once said, 'People love to buy after they own'.
Imagine a guy who is thinking about buying a new car and takes it home to show his loved ones. When he and his family see it in the garage, looking like it belongs there, they all decide they just have to have it.
Get people emotionally involved in your product, and they'll move heaven and earth to buy it from you.

4. Persistence
As every car salesperson will tell you. It's persistence that ends up beating resistance.

5. Dress For Success
People do judge a book by its cover.
Dress like the person you want to become.

6. Negativity In Others
Every salesperson knows that an objection is just a request for more information. When a salesperson gives a customer the answers to their objections, he or she gets the sale.
Negative people - people who are always 'objecting' - are really just wanting to be convinced that they matter, that they are okay.
Assist then in this quest and watch the turnaround in their attitude.

7. Deadlines Bring Your Goals Into Focus
If one of your goals is not happening as fast as you want it to, you can speed things up by putting a deadline on it.
As soon as a realistic deadline is in place, you will start to see how to achieve it.

8. People Buy You, Not Your Product
Every salesperson will tell you all about 'call reluctance'. It's not wanting to be rejected by prospective clients.
If you're having trouble seeing more clients because you're worried about being rejected, start depositing more points into your Self-esteem Bank Account. When you lift your self-esteem, you will see objection as not as an assault on your character, but simply as what they are: a request for more information.
When you give the information in a professional and enthusiastic way, the client will share your beliefs and, in all probability, buy. Act defensively and your client will say, 'Let me think it over' or 'Leave it with me.'
People buy people, not products.

9. The Secret Of Success
Successful people know they are just like everyone else. They have unlimited potential, just like we all do.
But successful people don't sit around wishing and hoping for things to happen. They know that their strength lies in focusing on clear goals.

10. Plan Your Day The Night Before
Each night, before you go to sleep, write down in your diary a list of what you would like to accomplish the following day. (Make a list of no more than 6 things. Too many things on your list can trigger self defeat before you even get started.) Give each item an A, B or C according to how high a priority they are.
The next day, watch how you start to improve your focus. As you tick off the things on your list, you'll feel great. Your Self-esteem Bank Account will start to benefit because you'll be providing lots of opportunities to tell yourself that you're a winner.
Mini motivators applied to your life create MAXI results.
