मेरे प्यारे ______________________ (यहाँ पर उस व्यक्ति का नाम लिखें जिसको आप ने यह पुस्तक साभार देनी है  जैसे भाई जी , बहनजी , श्रीमती , श्रीमान आदि ) मैं आपको अपने जीवन में एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण ब्यक्ति समझती /समझता हूँ।  आपका मेरे जीवन में बहुत योगदान है।  इसलिए मैं यह अमूल्य पुस्तक आप को उपहार के रूप में प्रदान कर रहा/रही हूँ।  इसे बार बार पढ़ने से मेरी सोच और आदतों में बहुत  साकारत्मक बदलाब आए हैं।  यह मैं स्वयं महसूस कर रहा /रही हूँ।  यदि हम अपने आप में प्रतिदिन 1 प्रतिशत साकारत्मक बदला लाएं तो 365 दिनों में 365 प्रतिशत साकारत्मक बदलाब आ जाएगा और जीवन दुखो का पहाड़ न हो कर सुखों का सागर बन जायेगा। आप जो भी जीवन में चाहते हैं उसे किसी पेपर पर लिखें तिथि जरूर लिखे। सुबह उठ सबसे पहले इस लिखित पेपरको पढ़ें , रात सोने से पहले इस पेपर को पढ़ें।  अपनी डेली रूटीन को अपने सपनों को प्राप्त करने की दिशा में ढालें।  सपने साकार हो जायेंगे। 

यह नहीं हो सकता कि जाना दिल्ली  हो और पग   श्रीनगर की तरफ  के भरते रहें।  अपने पगों को संभल कर भरना पड़ता है। 

दूसरी गलती : कई लोग जो करना चाहते हैं उस की तयारी का सामन इकठा नहीं बल्कि अज्ञान दूसरों की सलाहों पर अपना समय नष्ट करते रहते हैं।  जो लोग आप को या आपके सपनों पर हस्ते हैं उन के साथ काम समय वितायें जो प्रोत्साहित करें उनके साथ अधिक समय वितायें।  आयटम विश्वास सफलता की कुंजी है उसके पच्छात कठिन परिश्र्म है।

केवल मन में ये कहने से "मैं कर लूँगा /लूंगी " से शक्ति बढ़ जाती है और दिमाग सोची हुई इच्छा को पूरा करने के ढंग सोचने लगने लगता है।  आप दुनिया मैं अनोखे हो आप जैसा कोई नहीं है।  अपने पर विश्वास करना सीखो।

आप बुद्धिमान हो।

 दूसरों के कहे पर नहीं आप अपनी शक्तियों को लिख कर देखो।  हैरान रह जाओगे।  कमियाँ किस मेँ नहीं होती।  दूसरों की कामियों को खोजने की बजाये अपनी खोजो और हर साल में एक कमजोरी को सुधार लिया तो 2/5 /10 साल में खामियां समाप्त और जीवन सुखी।


यह बैसे ही है जैसे एक किसान ने बटबारा किया और अपने एक बेटे को फसल का हरा भरा खेत और दूसरे को पत्थरों से भरा वीरान खेत। दूसरे बेटे ने बहुत बिरोध किया पिता और भाई को बुरा भला कहा। परन्तु पत्नी ने समझाया और कहा कि हम दोनों मिलझुल कर खेत में  से पत्थर निकाल देंगे फसल बीज देंगे।  6 -8 महीने के समय में खेत फसल बीजने के लायक बन गया।  बड़ी मेहनत से फसल बोई गई।  दोनों पति पत्नी दिन रात मेहनत करते।गांब के लोग प्रशंशा करते।

फसल पक गई।  काट कर जब फसल घर लाई गई तो यह पहले बेटे की फसल से तीन गुना थी।  अब पहला बेटा अपने बाप को कोसने लगा कि आप ने मुझे कम उपजायु खेत दिया है।

अपनी शक्तियों पर विश्वास और धीरज से इन्सान जीवन में जो चाहे पा सकता है। 

इस पुस्तक को पड़ कर मुझे साकारत्मक जीवन का महत्व समझ आया है।  जीवन शैली बदल गई है।  पारिवारिक और पेशे/व्यबसाय सम्बन्धी जीवन सुखमय हो गया है।  मन की बेचैनी शांति में बदल गई है।
मेरी इच्छा है कि यही सुख आपको मिले। इस लिए आपके पड़ने के लिए मैं यह पुस्तक आपको उपहार के रूप में पड़ने के लिए दे रही/रहा हूँ।  कृपया बार बार पढ़ें और जीवन को सुखमय बनायें।

 सफल व्यक्ति अच्छी पुस्तकें पड़ पड़के अपने व्यबहार ब बोल बानी में परिवर्तन लाते हैं।  जैसे ही सोच छोटी से बड़ी में बदलती है जीवन बदल जाता है। सुख बाहर नहीं है इंसान की अपनी सोच में है। जैसे जैसे इस यथार्थ संसार की समझ आती जाएगी बैसे बैसे सुख बढ़ता जायेगा।

God is invisible parents. बड़ों का करो सतकार , छोटों को दो प्यार , मीठे शब्द प्यार बढ़ाते हैं , अपशब्द झगड़ा करवाते हैं।  मीठे शब्द रिश्ते बनाते हैं , अपशब्द रिश्ते तुड़.बाते हैं।  रिश्ते जीवन भर के लिये हैं।  रिश्ते आग की तरह होते हैं ,अधिक  दूर जाएँ तो नजदीक आने को मन करता है , अधिक नजदीक आएं तो दूर जाने को मन करता है। मीठे शब्द कोशिश करने से सीखे जा सकते हैं।

ऐसे ही ज्ञान भरे जीवन सुधारक 108 मन्त्र इस पुस्तक का विषय -क्षेत्र है।

मौन का महत्व समझो।  केवल सुनो। कम बोलो।  आहिस्ता बोलो।  दूसरों को बोलने दें।  शब्दों का महत्व समझो।  यहाँ महसूस हो कि शब्द सुनने बाले के ज्ञान का स्तर उतना नहीं है जो आपका है तो सबसे पहले दिमागी तौर पर अपने आप को उस के लेबल पर लाईये फिर उसी के ज्ञान के अनुसार बात करे
ऐसा न करने से आप अपनी व् सुनने बाले की ऊर्जा नष्ट कर रहे हैं।  निष्क्रष क्या होगा ? बिना किसी मुद्दे के बहस।  बेबजह मानसिक तनाब।  मुद्दों पर चर्चा करना बुद्धिमानों और ज्ञान कारों की कला है।  बिना मुद्दे के बहस करना अज्ञानों की निशानी है।  जितना इससे बचोगे उतनी मन की शांति बढ़ेगी , एकाग्रता बढ़ेगी , समृद्धि (धन दौलत ) बढ़ेगी। मानसिक तनाब, मानसिक चंचलता में कमी होगी।

समय का सदुपयोग बढेगा , समय का दुर्पयोग घटेगा।

एक प्रोफेसर ने बताया कि यह कैसे होता है।  अधिकतर लोगों की परेशानी अपने बूढ़े बज़ुर्ग माँ बाप को लेकर देखी गई है।  यह लोग ज्यादातर ज़बां नौकरी पेशा या बिज़नेस करने बाले होते हैं।  इनका करियर और िजन्दगी दोनों की शुरुआत होती है।  स्कूल , कॉलिज में मौज की होती है।  माँ बाप फीस दे देते हैं पाकेट मनी देते हैं।

स्कूल , कालिज से निकलने के बाद जैसे ही यथार्थ यानि असली दुनिया में कदम रखते हैं पैसे कमाने पड़ते है यहाँ पर काम करते है बहां टारगेट पुरे करने पड़ते हैं काम की लगाम पड़ती है जिम्मेबारी का बोझ बढ़ता जाता है  तो यह तिलमिला जाते हैं और सोचने लगते हैं कि बड़े बज़ुर्ग माँ बाप जमाना आसान था।  हमारे जमाने में कठिनाई अधिक हो गई हैं।  जब भी काम काज कर के घर आते हैं तो पहला ख्याल मन में आता है कि घर मे जो लोग हैं बह सुखी हैं और मुझे काम करना पद रहा है। 

ऐसा नहीं है बच्चो।  लाखों सालों से सृष्टि चली आ रही है।  सभी के माँ बाप होते हैं।  माँ बाप दृष्टा (दिखने बाले ) रब है और रब अदृष्टा (न दिखने बाल) भगवान।  जैसे अमिताभ बचन जी कहते है माँ बाप मर कर भी कहीं नहीं जाते।  हम एक लम्भी कड़ी का हिस्सा हैं।  जितने मर्जी तीरथ कर लीजिए यदि माँ बाप का आशिर्बाद नहीं तो कोई सुख नहीं।  प्रकृति ने सृष्टि ही ऐसी बनाई है।  बुढ़ापे में शरीर और मानसिक स्तर कमजोर पड़ जाता है  इन्द्रियाँ बेबस हो जाती है।  इससे व्यव्हार में चिड़चडापन बढ़ जाता है।  इस लिए उनके साथ बैठने और उनकी बातें सुनने भर से माँ बाप खुश हो जाते हैं।  आशीर्वाद देते हैं।  आशीर्वाद से जो ख़ुशी मिलती है बह अंदरुनी ख़ुशी कहीं भी कभी भी महसूस नहीं हुई।

मैं एक ज्ञानबान गवर्नमेंट आफिसर के पास बैठा था।  उस आफिसर को उस एरिया के लोग बहुत ही ज्ञानबान समझते थे।  आफिसर के पास एक जबान नई शादी शुदा जबां  महिला आई और कहने लगी : अंकल आपका बहुत बहुत धन्याबाद आप ने मेरी शादी टूटने से बचा दी  है।  आफिसर ने बड़ी नम्रता से जवाब दिया : धन्यवाद परम पिता परमात्मा का करो मेरा नहीं।  मैं तो माध्यम हूँ।  बह लड़की हाथ जोड़ कर नमस्कार करके चली गई।

मैंने उसकी आँखों में आफिसर के लिए आभार देखा।

अब मेरी उत्सुकता बढ़ने लगी।  मैंने पूछना शुरू किया।  सर किर्पया बताएं कि इस लड़की की कौन सी समस्या थी जिसका समाधान  आपने किया और यह आपका आभार प्रकट करने आई थी।

यह एक लम्बी कहानी है फिर कभी सुनायुंगा।  मैंने हठ किया और सारी कहानी सुनाने के िलये मज़बूर किया।


तो ध्यान से सुनो - दो महीने पहले यह लड़की मेरे पास आई थी।  मुझे कहने  लगी कि मैंने अपने पति से तलाक लेना है।  बह मुझे घूमने नहीं लेकर जाता, शॉपिंग नहीं करवाता, इतबार को भी आफिस के काम में मसरूफ रहता है।  सास की टोका ताकि ने मेरा दम घोट रखा है , ननद की घर में बेबजह दखलंदाजी बहुत है , सास उसीकी सुनती है , ससुर अपने ही मस्त रहता है।

हाँ देवर थोड़ा हसीं मजाक कर लेता है , बह मुझे अच्छा लगता है , मेरे पति के दोस्त भी अच्छे है।

जेठानी अच्छी है पर उनके बच्चे  एक दम शैतान। नाक में दम करे रखते हैं। 

सब कुछ सुनने के बाद , मैंने कहा आप अपने पति को लेकर आना उनकी भी सुन लूँ।

यह एक डैम भड़क गयी और बोली "पति ने आप से मिल कर क्या करना है ? मुझे बस उनसे छुटकारा चाहिए। "

मैंने पूछा : आपके परिवार मैं या रिश्तेदारी में किसी ने तलाक लिया है ?
यहां
"नहीं , बह तो डरपोंक हैं , मैं पड़ी लिखी हूँ अपना भला बुरा जानती हूँ। "

मैं मुस्कराया और बोला "पति को लेकर आना आपके तलाक  का हल हो जायेगा"

तब यह लड़की कार मैं बैठी और चली गई।

एक हफ्ते के बाद अपने पति को लेकर आई।  मैंने इसको कहा :"तुम साथ बाले कमरे में बैठो , मैं बाद में बुलाता हूँ "

यह फिर भड़क उठी , कहने लगी : नहीं मैं भी  यहीं बैठूँगी।  पति ने समझा भुझा कर दूसरे कमरे मैं बैठने के लिए राजी कर ली। बह दूसरे कमरे मैं चली गई। टेलीविज़न देखती रही।

अब मैंने पति से पूछा : एहि बुरी है आपको नापसंद है ?                              नहीं।  बहुत अच्छी है।

पर यह कहती आप उसे समय नहीं देते?                        सर मैं सुबह से शाम तक आफिस में  रहता हूँ  यह मुझे 10 -15 फोन करती है और एक ही बात होती है "घर आ जाओ कहीं घूमने चलेंगे "  भला सोचो कि काम करेंगे पैसे आएंगे घूमने फिरने से नहीं ।  पैसे आएंगे जीवन की गाड़ी चलेगी ।  अब जब शाम को थका हार घर आता हूँ बजाये इसके की पानी का गिलास ल कर पिलाये, चाय पिलाये , यह सारे दिन में मुहले में हुयी गतिविदियां   सुनती है , माँ की शिकायतें , अपनी शिकायतें।  यही रोजाना की रूटीन है। सुबह मैंने आफिस जाना होता है यह या तो  भजन गति होती है या मंदिर चली जाती है बजाय इसके कि


मेरे घऱ आने पर मुझे एक घंटा आराम करने दे उसके बाद मेरा मूड फ्रेश हो जायेगा ऑफिस का असर काम होगा घर के माहौल में ढल जायूँगा।  पहले एक घंटे मैं ही शिकायतों का ढेर लगा देती है। शिकायतें भी एक ही तरह की रोज़।  माँ  कहती है "तू बदल गया है शादी के बाद मुझे पूछता नहीं" पत्नी कहती है "आफिस से घर आ जा घूमने फिरने चलेँगे " बॉस कहता है "काम पूरा न हुआ तो तन्खाह काट लूँगा।  तन्खाह काम लाया तो माँ और पत्नी दोनों थानेदार की तरह पूछेंगी - तन्खाह कम क्यों है ? मैं बताओ क्या करूँ ?"


ऑफिसर ने कहा : मैंने सुन लिया है समझ लिया है। 


मैंने   दूसरे कमरे से महिला को बुलाया और एक पर्ची दे दी जिस पर लिखा था

1. अपने परिवार की एक बड़ी  फोटो खिचबाओ जिसमे सब खुश हों।  इस फोटो को अपने ड्राइंग रूम लगाओ और दिन में काम से काम 10 बार देखो और मन मैं बोलो "हम सब  खुश हैं परम पिता परमात्मा ने कितना अच्छा परिवार दिया है मुझे।  परम पिता परमात्मा मैं आपकी धन्यबादी हूँ। "

2. एक हांड़ी में शहद भरकर उसके ऊपर लाल कपडा बाँध कर अपने बैडरूम मैं रखें।
3. पति के सहयोग के लिए अपनी आदतों में बदलाब लाएं : पैसा भी जरूरी है परिवार भी जरूरी है जिसके रिश्ते नाते नहीं उसके पैसे का क्या लाभ।
4 सास, ससुर, ननद या किसी और के बारे में जो भी गीले शिकबे हैं बह एक कागज पर लिखें।

फिर दो हफ्ते बाद यह महिला मेरे पास आयी और कहा की किये मुताबक किया है उससे फरक पड़ा है। कागज पर 10 -12 पेज लिखे थे।  मैंने बोह सब पेज अपने पास रख लिए क्यूंकि उनमे सभी के प्रति कड़वाहट ही थी।

अब मैंने इस महिला को एक सफ़ेद कागज दिया और कहा जो मैं बोलूँ लिखती जाओ :

मेरी प्यारी व् पूज्य सासु माताजी ,


मैं अपने माता पिता जी के घर से आपके घर आ गयी हूँ।  अब आप ही मेरे माता पिता हैं।  मुझे अपना परिवार से आप के परिवार में एडजस्ट होने में समय लगेगा।  कृपया यह समय मुझे दें।  मैं प्रण करती हूँ कि मैं अपने आप को अपने नए परिवार के काबिल बना लुंगी।  थोड़ा समय लगेगा। लड़की का ससुराल ही जीवन है संसार का सच यही है।

यदि कोई गलती हो जाये तो कृपा करके प्यार से समझा दें जी।  मैं समझ जायुंगी।  आप बड़े है दुनिया देखि है मैं तो बची हूँ।

इस पात्र को लिखते महिला ने बिरोध तो बहुत किया परन्तु आज कितनी खुश है।

पड़ने बाले भी इस पत्र और तरीकों को अपना जीवन बदलने और सुधरने के लिए प्रयोग में लाएं।  दूसरों को सुधरने की बजाये अपने सोच को बदलने से जीवन बदल जाता है।  कोशिश करें

I've been trying to get you to see me.
Not coming in too clear.
Wanting you to retrieve me
if you dare.
Waiting for you to receieve me.
But you're not aware.
The lonely girl sitting next to you is me.
Are you there?

I might as well be faceless.
Your eyes, a blank stare.
Maybe I'm a bit graceless.
I don't well fare.
All my thoughts, are they baseless?

Can't feel this body, must be weightless.

My lips are moving.
Words are streamers floating in the air.
Maybe you're not approving
what I'm trying to share.
I feel like I should be removing

NO MORE ULTIMATUMS!

No more ultimatums! No more do or dies. When you're straight with the questions Iess often you get lies.     You don't have all the answers. You're not the only one who tries. Be a little introspective. That's the way of the wise!     It takes some reasoning and a whole lot of compromise. When you're level-headed and grounded there's no need to dramatize.     A fool rushes to conclusions. The wise man wonders why.

I THINK THIS IS WHAT IS CALLED GROWING

So set in your ways.It doesn't bring you comfort.

You're feeling the malaise.

It's what happens when you're rigid.The discord shall make you fidget.

Try being malleable and pliable;
it's much more reliable!

 

Stubborn and so stuck,
saying "what the ****".

 

If you learn to bend
much you will amend.

 

You've things too neatly arranged.
It doesn't bode with change.

 

And change WILL come no matter
and cause your plans to scatter!

 

One must learn to adapt
and touch upon what's untapped.

 

I think this is what is called growing,
when it's the "old ways" one is forgoing.

SHE'S A DREAMER

All her life she's been searching
for something.

But ended up lost, left
with nothing.

She's just a dreamer;
she can't face reality.

She always comes up with these plans.

She's  a schemer.That's what life is with a dreamer.

It's just her mentality.
Her head is in the clouds.

There is no voice of reason.
She only wants you to believe her.

Waiting for the big break
she can't see the right way
that so much is at stake.

You tried to set her on a course
of some action.

But you ended up flat,
and got no satisfaction.

She was caught up her reverie.
Like the blind
she couldn't see.

the futility,

There is no feasibility!

HESITATING LOVE

Pacing like an animal
in a restricted cage,
trying to control
what has already been inflamed.

Somewhere deep inside you still
is a burning rage.
Bothered by the notion
that someone here is to blame.
You carry all the shame, all of the shame.

So afraid you're hesitating love.
Never are you certain
what exactly its made of.
Turning away from
what it stirred up inside.
Something got awaken
that you thought already died, already died.

Still you had the courage

You're haunted by a memory
that has put you in this circumstance.
Any slight reverberation

When I came in this world;

Young, helpless to defend myself.

 

My mom, grand mom and elders

Helped me to grow
Always taught me respect elders,

Dad earned, I learned and yearned

Mom with daily chores, 
cooking  food, washing clothes  felt deadly burned.

 

But I never felt the heat of their will 

They always crushed their sweet wishes to fulfill,
But always care to save me from worldly ills.

 

Sent me to school,

Whereas they never saw the temple of learning.
Sacrified their youth for me and for my earning 

 

My mom, my aunt, my grand ma are my first teacher,

Dad taught to be honest , upright and creator 

 

As my knowledge through education and learning

Went on increasing 

I with my behaviour and words with them 
went on decreasing 

 

 

Never thought my MBA is their favour

That in my life added all the flavour 

My mom and dad are very dear to me
Every day and night I yearn to see  

 

When my children came into the world,

And they treated as I treated my mom and dad.

 

I felt the unexpressed anguish and  pain
I analysed, in life , 
what I lost,what I gain 

Then I realized my mom and dad’s pain.

Tears welled up my cheeks like a rain.

 

I wrote a letter to my pa

I am your son and will mend the behaviour and words
That I could not tolerate from my own wards.

 

Pa and Ma though old and frail

Wished me “ Be happy and be blessed.
We will pray to Almighty 

New heights in life,  you should scale.”

क्या करूँ एक और है जो मेरे बिना खाना नहीं खाती ।  हर रात मेरी राह  देखती है।
