Stages in life

जीवन के पढ़ाव

Stage 1:

प्रथम पढ़ाव

Dependence-

निर्भरता

Child is born.

बच्चा जन्म लेता है।

Child is dependent upon mother, father and family for self safety and growth.

बच्चा माता, पिता, परिवार पर अपने लालन पालन और सुरक्षा के लिये निर्भर होता है।

इस पड़ाव में डर रूल करता है।

Stage 2

द्वित्व पढ़ाव

Independence:

स्वतन्त्रता

 Child grows up.

शिशु बड़ा होता है।

Gets education.

स्कूल/कॉलेज/यूनिवर्सिटी में शिक्षा प्राप्त करता है।

Education empowers the child.

शिक्षा शक्ति देती है।

Child becomes earning hand and gets financial freedom, emotional freedom.

इस शक्ति से शिशु को वितीय और इमोशनल स्वन्त्रता मिलती है।

इस पड़ाव में fear और स्वार्थ रूल करता है।

शारीरिक बल बौद्धिक बल पर हावी रहता है।

3 Inter -dependence

त्रितया पड़ाव

Having enjoyed these two stages, the child grows in life.

ऊपर के 2 पढ़ाव से गुजरने के बाद, यदि बच्चा रैशनल है 💐 तो महसूस करता है कि जीवन में कुछ कमी है।

 Harmones change.

Child becomes a parent and feels something is missing to enjoy life in full.

बच्चा खुद पैरेंट बनता है तो अनुभव करता है कि कुछ तो  जो मुझे जीवन को संपूर्णता से रोक रहा है।

New realization comes.

"No body is an island and cannot survive without dependence on others in one or another way.

keeps on going till the day a human being leaves planet Earth.

Basic Principles of Ayurveda

How to make living easy and happy?

AYURVEDA - The basic principles

 1. The biorhythm among humans and animals  is transferred from grandfather to father and father to son.

Biorhythm has mainly 3 components:

  • Intellectual Level:
  • Physical Level and
  • Emotional level

2. These levels keep on changing  from day to day or hour by hour and create lot of imbalances in the body and mind. The movement of the various planets in the solar system impacts the body i.e. low and high moods are caused due to these movements. They are similar as the waves in the ocean go up and down many times during the day.

3. Mind is the master to cause  change in moods.

4. Brain( gross form of the mind) is the engine of the train called body.

5, Ayurveda has based itself on the doshas i.e Vaat, Pit and Cough that carry the functions of the body of an individual. Excess or deficit of any dosha causes imbalance in body and personality. Happiness, anger, low moods etc. are generally have the roots in imbalance of these doshas.

6. Individuals can master these doshas and manage them to create balance in Mind, Body and Spirit.

7. Ayurveda works more on "prevention is better than cure" principle.

9. Right sleep, right eating, right thinking, right behaiour along with "We attitude" are generally the benefits of Ayurveda.

10. Holistic approach of health and life is the guiding principle of Ayurveda.

Health

How to remain healthy?

1.                      Pay attention to what you eat. Tasty foods do not mean healthy foods. For taste, do not indulge in eating fried, over fried, spicy foods.

2.             Ensure that your food is balanced and contains vitamins. Change your priorities of eating unbalanced and vitamin and mineral less foods. Vitamins and minerals build body and brain. Variety of foods that contains vitamins and minerals must be eaten.

3.          Sufficient and dreamless comfortable sleep of 6-8 hours is necessary for keeping the body healthy.
Absence of sleep CAUSES irritation in behaviour. Proper sleep is necessary for keeping the body, mind and eyes healthy.

4.         Daily or 3 days a week exercise and walk in the morning in fresh air adds to health. Do it.

5.          As relaxation or sleep is necessary for health, so is work or hard work is necessary for good health. Laziness adds to worries, weakens the brain, irritates the behaviour and destroys the relationships with people around. Avoid laziness and procrastination.

6.         Read inspirational, motivational and hope-creating books, magazines or articles daily. They will guide you for definite success in life.

7.         Listen to good energizing music.

8.          Anger aggravates worries. Anger fuels worries. Avoid anger to live happy and healthy. This will save you from the harms anger does to your life and relations with family, friends and people you meet.

Tips to Live Healthier

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
45 Tips To Live a Healthier Life in 2011 (and New Challenge Announcement!)

How healthy are you? Do you have a healthy diet? Do you exercise regularly? Do you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day? Do you get enough sleep every day?

Our body is our temple, and we need to take care of it to have a healthy life. Do you know that a shocking over 65% of Americans are either obese or overweight? That’s insane! Think of your body as your physical shell to take you through life. If you repeatedly abuse it with unhealthy food, your shell will wear out quickly. While you may look okay on the outside, on the inside, your arteries are getting clogged up with cholesterol and arterial plaque. That’s not a pretty sight!

Life is beautiful and you don’t want to bog yourself down with unnecessary health problems. Today, your vital organs (kidney, heart, lungs, gall bladder, liver, stomach, intestines, etc) may be working well, but they may not be tomorrow. Don’t take your good health today for granted. Take proper care of your body.

Good health isn’t just about healthy eating and exercise – it also includes having a positive mental health, healthy self-image and a healthy lifestyle. In this article, I’ll share with you 45 tips to live a healthier life. Bookmark this article and save the tips, because they are going to be vital in living a healthier life.

1. Drink more water. Most of us actually don’t drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our body to function – Do you know over 60% of our body is made up of water? Water is needed to remove waste, carry nutrients and oxygen around our body and regulate our body functions. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake.

The amount of water we need is dependent on various factors such as the humidity, our physical activity, and your weight, but generally we need 2.5-3.0 litres of water intake! Since food intake contributes about 20% of our fluid intake, that means we need to drink about 2.0-2.4 litres of water, or about 8-9 glasses (now you know how the 8 glasses recommendation came about!). One way to tell if you’re hydrated – your urine should be colorless or slightly yellow. If it’s not, you’re not getting enough water! Other signs include: Dry lips, dry mouth and little urination. Go get some water first before you continue this article!

2.Get enough sleep. When you don’t rest well, you compensate by eating more. Usually it’s junk food. Get enough rest and you don’t need to snack to stay awake. Also, lack of sleep causes premature aging, and you wouldn’t want that.

3.Meditate. Meditation quietens your mind and calms your soul. If you don’t know how to meditate, don’t worry – learn how to meditate in 5 simple steps.

4.Exercise. Not just a few times a week, but every day. Movement is life. Research has shown that exercising daily brings tremendous benefits to our health, including increase of life span, lowering of risk of diseases, higher bone density and weight loss. Increase activity in your life. Choose walking over transport for close distances. Climb the stairs instead of taking the lift.

5.Pick exercises you enjoy. When you enjoy the sports, you’ll naturally want to do them. Exercise isn’t about suffering and pushing yourself; it’s about being healthy and having fun at the same time. Adding variation in your exercises will keep them interesting.

6.Work out different parts of your body. Don’t just do cardio exercises (such as jogging). Give your full body a proper work out. The easiest way is to engage in sports, since they work out different muscle groups. Popular sports include basketball, football, swimming, tennis, squash, badminton, frisbee, and more.

7.Eat more fruits. Fruits are a plethora of vitamins and minerals. Do you know that oranges offer more health benefits than Vitamin C pills? Fill your palate with these 10 most nutritious fruits: Watermelon, Apricots, Avocado, Apple, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Guava, Papaya, Strawberries.

8.Eat more vegetables. Like fruits, vegetables are important for the well being of our health. Experts suggest that we should have 5-9 servings of fruits/vegetables, but most people don’t even have at least 5 servings! Some of my favorite vegetables include: Kidney beans, black beans, asparagus, long beans, french beans, sprouts, button mushrooms and carrots. What are your favorite vegetables and how can you include more of them in your diet today?

9.Pick bright colored foods. Fruits and vegetables with bright colors are usually high in anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants are good for health because they remove free radicals in our body that damage our cells. So get your fill of fruits/vegetables of different colors: White (Bananas, Mushroom), Yellow (Pineapples, Mango), Orange (Orange, Papaya), Red (Apple, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Watermelon), Green (Guava, Avocados, Cucumber, Lettuce, Celery), Purple/Blue (Blackberries, Eggplant, Prunes). Here’s a full list under the color wheel.

10.Cut down on processed food. The more additives and work has been done to the food, the more processing has been done. Processed foods are not good because (1) most nutritional value is lost (2) the preservatives added are bad for our health. The most natural foods are those that are kept their raw form.

11.Love yourself. How much do you love yourself on a scale of 1-10? Why? How can you love yourself more starting today? In Day 20 of 30DLBL, we explore the notion of self-love and get you started on loving yourself more.

12.Barefoot walking/running. There have been many proven positive benefits of barefoot walking/running, from better posture, less stress for your feet, less stress for your joints, etc . I’ve been running barefoot since May ’10, and loving it. Read more: 10 Reasons To Run Barefoot

13.Purge negative people from your life. Positive mental healthy is an important part of a healthy life. You don’t need toxic people in your life. If you feel that a friend is overly critical or negative, then let him/her go.

14.Purge negativity from yourself. You don’t need negativity from yourself either. Listen in on the thoughts that come up in your mind and get rid of the negative thoughts you hear. A lot of eating happens because one feels unhappy, so by staying in a positive, up state by yourself, you cut out that unhealthy dependence on food to be happy.

15.Journal out unhappy thoughts. One great way to purge negativity from within is to do brain dumping exercises whenever you feel frustrated. This is something I do with my 1-1 clients as well, where I ask them to journal out their deepest thoughts so we can address them. Don’t keep these thoughts pent up inside of you – it’s not healthy.

16.Avoid trigger foods. Trigger foods are the foods that make you go berserk and binge like crazy after you eat them. Everyone’s trigger foods are different (mine are donuts, pastries, pasta and chips), but generally trigger foods are candy bars, chocolate, confectionery, chips, cookies, or anything with high level of refined sugar, salt, fat or flour. These foods cause a blood sugar imbalance, hence triggering one to eat more. What are your trigger foods? Identify them and remove them from your diet.

17.Breathe. Deeply. Oxygen is a vital source of life. You may know how to breathe, but are you breathing properly? Most of us don’t breathe properly – we take only shallow breathes and breathe to 1/3 of our lung capacity. Athletes are coached proper breathing techniques to get their best performance. A full breath is one where your lungs are completely filled, your abdomen expands and there’s minimum movement in your shoulders.

18.Address emotional eating issues. Emotional eating is eating to fill an emotion, rather than real hunger. Do you eat when you feel stressed out, down or frustrated? Do you reach out for food when you hit a block at work? Chances are, you’re emotional eating. However, emotional eating will never make you feel happy, because you’re trying to fill a void that has nothing to do with food. Food doesn’t give you love or happiness; it’s just food. Why do you reach out for food when you’re down? How can you address it? Get to the root of the issue and address it.

19.Eat small meals. Choose several small meals over a few big meals a day. This balances out your energy distribution throughout the day. In general, eat when you feel hungry, and stop when you’re full (see tip #20). You don’t need to wait until official meal times before you start eating. Listen to your body and what it tells you.

20.Stop eating when you feel full. Many of us rely on external cues to tell when we’re full, such as whether everyone has finished eating, whether your plate was empty or not. These are irrelevant – you should look at internal cues, such as whether your stomach feels full or not. Don’t feel obligated to eat just because there’s still food at the plate. Personally I like to stop when I feel about 3/4 full – if I eat till I’m totally full, I feel uncomfortable as my digestive system goes into overdrive. Use your gut as your indicator (literally).

21.Go for brown carbs vs. white carbs. White carbs are refined grains like white rice, pasta, white bread, crackers, noodles, tortillas, wraps, anything with white flour and breading. The nutrients have been removed in the production process, leaving them rich in calories but low in nutrients. They also cause unhealthy spikes in our sugar levels. Go for brown carbs (unrefined complex carbs) instead, like brown rice, whole grain, oats, oatmeal, legumes, nuts. These come with nutrients and vitamins intact.

22.Live a life with purpose. Positive health starts from within! Are you living a life of meaning? Are you living in line with your purpose? After I started living in line with my purpose 2 years ago, I’ve never ever been happier. And you can experience that too. Read: Discover Your Purpose in Life (series)

23.Say no to oily food. Reduce your intake of fast food, fries, doughnuts, chips, wedges, and foods that have been deep fried. Not only are they very fattening (1 tablespoon of oil is 120 calories), deep fried food contains acrylamide, a potential cancer-causing chemical. According to a BBC report, an ordinary bag of crisps may contain up to 500 times more of the substance than the top level allowed in drinking water by the World Health Organisation (WHO). I personally find that when I consume oily foods, I feel sluggish. There are better alternatives, such as grilled, steamed, stir-fried or even raw food (see tip #40).

24.Cut out sugary foods. These are your candy bars, your pastries, chocolate, cookies, cakes and jelly donuts. Not only do they not fill you, they trigger you to eat more due to the sugar rush they cause (see tip #16). Go for healthy snacks instead (see tip #35) - you’ll be more satisfied and happy.

25.Reduce processed food. Many processed foods contain a high amount of salt content, which leads to higher blood pressure and heart disease. Processed foods are anything that are not in their raw form. In general, most of the food in supermarket are processed – the more the ingredients on the label (especially the ones ending with ‘ite’ or ‘ate’), the more processed they are. Watch out for those with salt/sugar as the first 5 ingredients and go for natural foods as much as possible.

26.Improve your posture. Good posture improves your breathing (see tip #18) and makes you look more smarter and more attractive. Read more: Benefits Of Having A Good Posture (And 13 Tips To Get One)

27.Cut out soda and caffeine. Drinks with caffeine are diuretics – meaning they speed up the rate of urine production. Hence, these drinks do not contribute to your 8 glasses of water/day requirement – they actually take away from it! Furthermore, soda is unhealthy, causes weight gain, is an artificial stimulant, among other reasons. Ditch your soda and go for plain water or fresh fruit juices instead! Read more: 5 Reasons To Quit Soda (And How To Do It)

28.Don’t drink alcohol. Like caffeine, alcohol is a diuretic. Not only that, alcohol is repeatedly proven to have negative effects on our body and health – impacting the proper functioning of our brain, liver, lungs, and other major organs. If you drink alcohol regularly, it’s time to cut it out.

29.Learn to prepare your own meals. Lately I’m beginning to appreciate the value of preparing your own meals. When you prepare your meals, you control what goes into them. No more being in a dilemma between eating healthy and choosing between the sub-optimal food choices. Get some quality kitchen equipment – these will be your best investments ever. I bought my blender 3 years ago and it’s been such a breeze making my own fruit juices!

30.Learn to say no. Don’t feel like you’ve to eat just because you’re out with your friends, or because other people offer you food. Simply say no and say you’re not hungry if you don’t feel like eating. Read: How To Say No To Others

31.Bring a water bottle when you go out. That way, you can replenish your fluids whenever you want to. It saves you money as well and you don’t need to subject yourself to poor alternatives like soda, which increases your fluid outtake instead (see tip #27).

32.Dine at salad bars more often. Lately I’m falling in love with salad bars. Salad bars work like this: You pick your greens, you select X number of toppings (usually 6 or limited, depending on the outlet) and you finish off with a dressing. The variety is huge, it’s filling and it’s extremely healthy.

33.Go for low calorie, low fat alternatives. There are many low-fat / non-fat alternatives today – from yogurts, to salad dressing, soy milk, spreads, ice cream, etc. Check out this comprehensive list: Lower Calorie, Lower Fat Alternatives.

34.Stop smoking. It has been extensively proven that smoking is detrimental to health, severely increasing the risk of lung cancer, kidney cancer, esophageal cancer (of our gullet), heart attack, and more. Smoking “light” cigarettes does not decrease health risks. Bottom line – if you’re a smoker, quit for better health of not just yourself, but also your family and friends. If you don’t smoke, stay that way and don’t start.

35.Avoid passive smoking. Second hand smoking (breathing in air from smokers) causes many of the same long-term diseases as direct smoking (Wiki). Get away from smokers and avoid cigarette smoke where you can.

36.Have healthy snacks. If you’re hungry during work, eat healthy snacks, like fruits, salads, and fruit juices. These are nutritional and don’t give you that sugar rush. Have them readily available so you can dive in for a munch and stop when you’d had your fill. Get away from cookies and candy bars.

37.Drink fruit/veg smoothies. I love smoothies because it’s a quick way to get vitamins and nutrients. Simply throw my favorite fruits into the blender, wait for 30 seconds, and it’s done! And it tastes great. I’m drinking an orange and banana smoothie write now as I’m writing this article and it’s delicious!

38.Juicing. Juicing is where you extract the juice from vegetables / fruits (via a juicer machine). Since the fibre is stripped away, you are literally drinking the nutrients and minerals directly from the juice! Juices and smoothies complement each other – the former gives our digestive system a break while the latter gives us the fibre which aids our digestion. Check out an introduction to juicing video below. If you’re new to juicing, learn more about it here and check out these sample juicing recipes.

40.Go on a vegetarian diet. First off, going vegetarian doesn’t necessarily lead to better health, because there are many unhealthy vegetarian food out there (fried food, white carb laden diets, etc). On that note, there are many proven health benefits of a vegetarian diet. I became a vegan because I tried it for 30 days and saw the positive effects for my mental and physical health. Try it out for 21 days and see how it works out for you. Get started here.
Go on a vegan diet. A vegetarian is someone who does not consume animal products. A vegan is someone who doesn’t consume animal or animal-derived products. This means no diary, honey, cheese, milk, etc. So in that sense, it’s seemingly stricter, but it brings about even more positive benefits on top of a vegetarian diet. Learn more about veganism here and here.

41.Become a raw vegan. A raw vegan consumes only non-processed, raw vegan food, mainly fruits, vegetables and nuts. Notice that the progression from vegetarian -> vegan -> raw vegan diet is towards foods that are naturally occurring. There are many reported benefits in switching from veganism to raw veganism, including increased youth, weight loss, increased energy, increased health benefits and more. It’s an area that I’m exploring at the moment and learning more of. Learn more about raw veganism: Here, here, here and here.

42.Get out more often. If you have a regular 9-5 job, chances are you spend most of your times holed up in the office and not a lot of time going out and having fun. During weekends, you’re probably busy with work or running errands. Make it a point to go out with friends at least once a week. Get some sunlight. Go out and have a change in environment. It’ll be great for your body and your soul.

43.Exercise good dental hygiene. Not only does good hygiene make you a lot more desirable, it is linked with better health (Read AHA Study). Brush your teeth twice a day, rinse your mouth after each meal and floss your teeth at night.

44.Join classes. Dance classes, aerobics classes, tennis classes, ballroom dancing, scuba diving, wake boarding courses, are all places to start off with. Going there also lets you socialize with a whole new group of people.

45.Hang out with healthy people. You’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so the more time you spend around healthy people, the better it is. Eat with people who are health conscious and get workout buddies. It makes healthy living even more fun.

HAVE HEALTH, WEALTH AND HAPPINESS

Dear Friend,

He, who has health, has hope. And he, who has hope, has everything. Every human being is the author of his own health or disease. It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and emotional well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. So, if a person is not healthy, then he or she will find it very difficult to enjoy life. A lot many people spoil their health for gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.

Good health is the consequence of good energy levels. Energy has three pre-dominant levels a) Physical b) Mental and c) Emotional. Physical energy can be gained by eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly. A balanced nutritious dies must contain carbohyderate, protien, fat, vitamins, mineral salts and fibre. It must contain these things in correct proportions. Next to the chart comes regular exercise. Proper exercise benefits every part of the body including the mind. Walking, deep-breathing and meditation are three very productive exercises for your well-being.

Mental energy comes from three significat sources a) Thinking b) Reasoning and c) Solving of Problems. You must develop honest and good thoughts. A good thinker is an asset to the society. And learn to take complete control of your thoughts and mental processes. To gain mental strength and vitality, cultivate the quality of reasoning well and with conviction. As long as there is life, there will be problems. The art lies in your approach to problems. Do not make hotchpotch of all the issues. Solve problems one by one at a time. Similarly make plansin such a way that you can execute them on a daily basis. Remember, to prioritise your time and do the most important things first.

The third type is emotional energy coming from enthusiasm, motivation and resilience. Emotional energy is the master of all energies. Emotions can be a useful and powerful tool to handle different situations in life. This energy depends on how much zeal, drive and toughness you have. Enthusiasm comes from optimism. Optimism is a magnet. It attracts people and prosperity to you. Positive thoughts are powerful constructive thoughts. They give energy to both mind and body. If we have positive thoughts it is sure that we will succeed. They make us more joyful and happy. Using them on all occasions will make us live a better life than ever and help us to build a better social, cultural and work relationship. All is Well is not just catch-phrase popularised by the movie 3 Idiots but a generator of positivism. These three magical words will not heal our sores or soothe our sorrows, but the essence within them will provide us the courage to do so.

The next component, motivation, results from our passion and commitment. Passion is an attitude and can be developed. Vhoose the career that is perfect for you, one that inspires you and leads you to perform better, work harder, live more happily. Such a career will make you passionate about your work. If you are passionate, you will inevitably be committed to your task at hand.
Motivation is a combination of will power, goals, ability to continue attaining the highest level of success.
Last but not least, you need to develop resilience. Resilience is the flexibility in response to changing situational demands, and the ability to bounce back from negative emotional experiences. Resilient individuals experience positive emotions even in the midst of stressful events, which explains their ability to rebound successfully despite diversity.
To wish you to be well is a part of becoming well. A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools. Health is first muse, it gives us the required motivation and energy to work. In health, there is freedom. Health is the first of all liberties. It is the greatest possession a person can accumulate.
Helping you to gain healh, wealth and happiness.

God! Bless My Friends

Let all my friends be healthy and happy forever...!
GOD said: But for 4 days only....!
I said: Yes, let them be a Spring Day, Summer Day, Autumn Day, and Winter Day.
GOD said: 3 days.
I said: Yes, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
GOD said: No, 2 days!
I said: Yes, a Bright Day (Daytime) and Dark Day (Night-time).
GOD said: No, just 1 day!
I said: Yes!
GOD asked: Which day?
I said: Every Day in the living years of all my friends!
GOD laughed, and said: All your friends will be healthy and happy Every Day!
Send this to your friends and bless them with good health and happiness...
Pass on the warmth despite the ever-changing weather...

BRETHING FOR ENERGY AND HEALTH

Svami Vivekananda says, “Human body needs breathing and eating. It generates energy. Energy is depleted 95% in thinking and 5% in doing.” Everybody breathes but lately, I have experimented with myself and discovered “how to breathe for energy and healthy mind.”

And in lighter vein, half the time of life is wasted in ,"thinking without work" and rest half is wasted in "working withouth thinking."

Fast Breathing:

1. Look in the mirror and observe your face.
Stand up or sit down comfortably.
2. Clench your teeth as tightly as you can.
3. Breathe in through nostril in the beginning slowly.
4. Breathe out through nostril in the beginning slowly.
5. Breathe in through nostril as fast as you can.
6. Breath out through nostril as fast as you can.
7. Repeat this exercise for 15-20 times.
8. Now again look in the mirror and observe your face.

Benefits:

You will find that your face is glowing.
Blood and oxygen has acted to do this.
Skin glows. Toxins decrease. Digestion improves.

SLOW BREATHING:

Sit in a comfortable posture.
Keep your spine erect.
Now put right thumb on left nostril and block it.
Inhale through left nostril slowly, slowly as if you are watering the plants with a hand-held fountain.
Hold the breath in the body for some time and closing eyes see what is happening.
Observing the breath is a beautiful experience. Do this.
As the breath moves from one organ to another organ, that organ gets new energy.
More you can do. While your eyes are closed and breath is in the body, meet your all organs. You may call each and every organ by name. For Example: Hello my brain, how are you. Hello my ears, how are you. I am thankful to you because you are serving me for all these years.
Keep on meeting with every organ using the same phrase but changing the name like eyes, lips, nostrils, throat, gall bladder, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, kidneys, appendix, pancreas, bladder, genital, knees, feet and go out through feet. Feel your breath going out of the feet.
In the next attempt move your breath meeting head, hair, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands and go out after the hands.
Now exhale by blocking the left nostril with third and fourth finger of your right hand and lifting the thumb from the right nostril.
Inhale and exhale as slowly as you can.
Energized. It improves your immune system and elevates your low-order intelligence.

RIGHT WAY TO BREATHE:

Lord Krishna in Srimad Bhagvat Gita says, “ Man is like a tree upside down. He has his roots on the top i.e. head and branches down wards i.e. trunk.” Breathing is like watering the plant or tree. Do we water the tree from top i.e. through leaves and fruits? No, we don’t. We water the plant through roots and only then the plant grows into a tree well.

For right breathing:

Inhale through nostrils closing your eyes.
Now feel as if your breath is going to your head, ears, eyes, throat, heart, stomach and downward towards your genitals.
Now turn your breath from genitals to your back i.e. back bone and feel as if it is going upward.
Move it up to you head.
You will feel as if your blocked mind is opening.
Repeat it as many times as you can.
You can do while sitting, lying on bed while going to sleep or any other comfortable time.

Benefits:

1. Relaxes mind.
2. Manages anger.
3. Improves blood circulation.
4. Reduces stress.
5. Improves decision making.
6. Leads low-order thinking to higher order thinking that in general parlance called, “ Sieving the grains from the chaff.”
7. More you can practice, experience, observe and add.

Feel Fresh-Laugh

Laugh and the world laughs with you

"Laugh and the world laughs with you; weep and you weep alone," is one of the truest things that ever said.Naturally there may be times in life when a laugh is utterly impossible, or may seem so. Nevertheless the inclination to stimulate the emotions associated with laughter and good humor should be encouraged at every opportunity. Each day should have its laughing time, or its many laughing times. It is barely possible, of course, that laughing, like any other emotional expression, would become tiresome if overdone, but I am inclined to doubt the possibility of harmful effect under any circumstances.Laughter is a pleasure, in itself, as well as a symptom of merriment. It is the expression of keen, bounding joy. It is an emotive manifestation that stirs one's whole nature and vitalizes every part of the body. There is a sound, physiological basis for amusements that make us laugh. We all need to laugh every once in a while — don’t we? “LAUGHTER IS GOOD MEDICINE.” It’s the type of medicine we need to make sure we bring into our lives— often! It’s so easy to get caught up into this fast-paced lifeTo laugh in our day to day life, we can-Develop sense of humor. A sense of humor is the ability to see and laugh at the incongruities of life. Hang out with children. You'll soon be taken in by their innocence and playfulness. Forget about yourself; brighten up their day by making them laugh, and you soon will be laughing too.Use the Internet as a source of funny photos, cartoons, and jokes. Make your own humor scrapbook. Just ten minutes a day spent on studying humor will pay big dividends in the future. Be patient and remember not to force anything. Just relax and eventually laughter will happen to you.Benefits of Laughter Laughter provides immeasurable benefits to the body and mind. Water Therapy

Feel Fresh
Fresh feeling - a state of mind

Drink water empty stomach
It is popular in Japan today(But already mentioned in Ayurveda- an ancient medical Indian system) to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1.. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2.. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4.. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5.. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6.. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce main diseases:
1.. High Blood Pressure - 30 days
2.. Gastric - 10 days
3.. Diabetes - 30 days
4.. Constipation - 10 days
5.. Cancer - 180 days
6.. TB - 90 days
7.. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life.
Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ...not cold water.
Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks: Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting.
Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

HEALTH

Health & Harmony

Auras

What are the auras? We each possess a “magnetic” field that radiates from us in the same way that the Sun’s rays emanate from its centre. This is the aura, and it partakes and reflects our mental, spiritual and emotional states. We all create the characteristics of our own auras by our mental, spiritual and emotional habits.

So aura is an extension of a person’s character. It is the aura we are “feeling” – with our own aura – when we feel instantaneously conscious of the strength of another’s personality and charisma.
