Be thyself. Know thyself.

While a versatile actor in a cinema or drama forgets for a while his own self and projects himself full in the role assigned to him, here, in the interview, you have to be yourself, nothing more, nothing less.

You have to bring out your personality in the most natural and original way.

A Civil Service topper attributed the success of his strategy to one-half reading and one-half thinking.

Think independently over what you have read, seen or heard.

Don’t indulge in excessive cramming with all and sundry lest you should-divest yourself of whatever little clarity you require to think, speak and act.

Mentally, chant the mantra, “I am the winner.”

And you are bound to win.
