IDEAL LIFE

The ideal life to lead

is when no one deceives another,

no one out of danger or resentment

wishes to harm another.

GOD

The sun is many times bigger than the earth,

but distance makes it appear like a small disc.

Likewise, “The lord is infinitely great,

but being too far away from HIM,

we are incapable of comprehending his real greatness.”

VALUE OF TIME

Realize the value of time;

waste it not with wrong pursuits.

Whatever time is left with you,

spend it wisely in noble deeds.

MANNERS

Manners are like the zero in arithmetic;
they may not be much in themselves,
but they are capable of adding a great deal
to the value of everything else.

GRATEFUL

If you save a starving dog
and make him prosperous,
he will not bite you.
That is the principal difference
between
a dog and man.

FIRST DUTY

The first duty of man

is that of subduing fear.

“We must get rid of Fear;

we cannot act at all till then.

A man’s acts are slavish,

not true but suspicious.

His very thoughts are false,

he thinks too as a slave and coward,

till he has got fear under his feet.

SELF-WORTH

If you want

an accounting of your worth,

count your friends.

MOULD OF MIND

“Clay allows itself to be molded into any forms.
But baked clay is of no use for this purpose.
Mind burnt by profane desires
is incapable of taking divine moulds."

FOOLISHNESS

We are proud

CHARACTER

Books and friends
mould your character
and so you have to be very careful
and judicious in choosing them.
Be as careful of the books you read
as of the company you keep;
for your HABITS and CHARACTER
will be as much influenced
by the former as by the latter.

JOURNEY OF LIFE

If all difficulties
were known
at the outset of a long journey,
none of us would
ever start out at all.

DEMOCRARY

Where

the press is free

and

GREAT TRAGEDIES

The great tragedies of history occur

not when right conforms wrong

but when

two rights confront each other.

SPIRITUALITY

To be true

to one’s own self

is the first condition

for spiritual evolution.

KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON

A truly knowledgeable person

is he who knows and

yet lives as though he knows not.

DIVINE

A lion eats meat and yet it mates only once in 12 years.

But a sparrow eats grain and it indulges in sex-life day and night.

Such is the difference between divine incarnation and ordinary human being.

POSSESSIONS

Over possession of material things

fosters care and anxiety.

The man becomes earth-bound

beyond redemption.

“Knowledge, on the other hand, develops into wisdom.

It embellishes the personality,

aids one to discern the self and the non-self

and leads man into enlightenment and liberation. “

TRAVELLING

Healthy eating at a restaurant:
· Choose an omelet filled with vegetables and order a side of whole-wheat toast instead of a stack of pancakes and syrup.
· A bowl of oatmeal with fresh fruit is very filling and good for you.
· If you want something sweet, choose a bran muffin, which is a good source of fiber. Or opt for whole-grain toast with just a little jam or jelly. If veg. eat healthy veg foods. Juices energise.

MIND

A strong mind and body will face problems squarely and get over them.
It is only the weakling that suffers.

“A weakling totters while carrying a small load to a short distance.

But a strong man with a heavy load on his head stands by
And sees a wrestling match unmindful of the burden on his head.”

DRAMA

A drama is a mirror of life.

LIFE

A boat may be floating on water,
But no water should be allowed to get into it.

Man may live in the world
But no worldly desire
Ought to take possession of him.

WEALTH

Wealth can never command respect.
“Never respect men merely for riches,
But rather for their philanthropy
.
We do not value the sun for its height
But for its use.”

LIFE

LIFE can be defined as made of three windows
named past, present and future.
There is a curtain on the window called “PAST”.
Window of the future is “LOCKED” yet to be opened.
More we pull the curtain of the window “PAST”, less will be the movement for opening the LOCK.
The window that belongs to the “Present” may be named "KEY OF THE LOCK".
Use the KEY OF THE LOCK to open the window of “FUTURE” that is "LOCKED".

VISION

Your only insurance against tomorrow

is

what you do today.

MORAL LIFE

Moral life is the backbone of the spiritual life.

There cannot be any spiritual life without a moral life.

TIME

Time is a great healer.

All worries and pains will disappear

With the passage of time.

TRUTH

Truth

– relative OR absolute –

is more important than the fact

FAVOUR

Do good to win one and all
And forget it.

It anyone does you good,
Never forget it.

FAILURE

No one can get through life
Without failures and mistakes
.

Admit your mistake, regret it and
Learn from it.

FAILURE

No one can get through life
Without failures and mistakes
.
Admit your mistake, regret it and
Learn from it.

WORRY

When one remembers the past things,
Or worries about the future;
It results in sorrow.
If both of these could be forgotten,
Then there will be total happiness

TIME MANAGEMENT

Have a time and place for everything

and do everything in its time and place

and you will not only accomplish more,

but have far more leisure

than those who are always hurrying,

as if vainly attempting to overtake time that had been lost.

IMPORTANCE

It is nice to be important.

But it is more important to be nice.

PATIENCE

In Mahabharata, when Pandavas were thirsty and wanted to drink water from the pond, Daksha though invisible pronounced, “You cannot drink water unless you answer my five questions.”

Four of the Pandavas- Arjun, Bhim, Nakul, Sehdev – did not WAIT and drank the water immediately. Result: all fell unconscious on the bank of the pond.

Yudhistra, the eldest Pandava came and waited. He listened to Daksha.
Politely Yudhistra agreed to answer the questions of Daksha. One of the questions of Daksha was “What is greater than Dharma (religious conduct).?” “ The patience i.e. mental wait for answers to every problem.” Daksha was happy to hear this. He granted the life back to all his younger brothers 4 pandvas. The unconscious pandvas rose from unconsciousness. Patience paid the reward to the eldest brother Yudhistra.

Have patience, like a burning candle which consumes itself from top to bottom, without any murmur.

POVERTY

Poverty of course is not a disgrace,
But it is a damn annoying.

WISEMAN

A wise man changes his mind sometimes;
A fool never.

VISION

Build in the present
with an eye on the future.

WORRY

Worry

is not a necessity,

but a habit.

SELF

WHERE

one has not seen “self”,

of what use it is to see others?

LIFE

WHAT matters

is not to

add years to your life

but to

add life

to your years.

ATTENTION

Pay attention to your enemies;
For they are the first to discover your mistakes.

LAUGH

Always laugh with others.
Never at them.

HARSH WORDS

Physical injury caused to one will vanish in course of time but not the mental injury inflected by harsh words.

Even when harassed, one must not hit at another’s weak spot nor think or do anything in hate against another. That word at which another world shudders one must not utter.

REAL HAPPINESS

Real happiness can only be obtained by unselfishness.

SILENCE

SILENCE

Silence is one great art of conversation.

VISION

VISION

Look ahead. People without vision perish
.

DARKEST HOUR

DARKEST HOUR

Never forget that the darkest hour is only sixty minutes. So live with hope and enjoy life king size.

WILL

WILL

Man is made GREAT or little by his own will and deeds

CONDUCT

EXCELLENCE

EXCELLENCE

When the creator desired to see the excellence of his own creations, he created man after his own image.

DIFFICULTY

DIFFICULTY

There is nothing like a difficulty. You should turn adverse circumstances to your advantage.

“Difficulty is only a word indicating the degree of strength requisite for accomplishing particular objects; a mere NOTICE of necessity for exertion, bugbear to children and fools’ only a STIMULUS TO MEN.”

FAITH

FAITH

FAITH is to believe we do not see; and the reward of this FAITH is to see what we believe
.

RICHES

RICHES

RICHES are the prettiest and least worthy gifts which god can give to a man. They are apt to betray a man into arrogance.

“Worldly riches are like nuts; many clothes are torn in getting them; many a tooth broken in cracking them, but never a belly filled with eating them.”

NOT EASY

NOT ALWAYS EASY

It is not always easy:

To apologise

To keep trying

To begin over

To think and then act,

To admit error

To be considerate

To be unselfish

To profit by mistake

To take advice

To forgive and forget

To be charitable

To shoulder deserved blame

BUT IT ALWAYS PAYS.

LEARNING

NEVER STOP LEARNING

A business man in North Hills had wood trading business. Gopan was working with that business man for the past over 6 years. He was drawing a petty sum of Rs. 1200/- (US$ 24) per month. He had a big family to support. Thorough out the day, he cut the wood in the jungle. Tired in the evening, he brought the wood to his master’s saw-mill. Many times he requested his master to give him raise; but the master did not heed to his request.

One day, the master employed Jaidu. Jaidu had to show his production of wood from the forest for full one month. It was after one month that his salary was to be fixed.

After a month, the salary of Jaidu was fixed at Rs. 1500/- (US$30).

Gopan was annoyed at this. He complained to the master alleging he is biased.

Master said to Gopan, “ Jaidu cuts and brings more wood than you do.” “How is this possible?”, enquired Gopan raising his eyebrows. Gopan was not believing his master. “ I don’t know, ask Jaidu,” master got rid of Gopan.

Gopan felt ashamed to ask Jaidu. But it was a matter of 25% raise in pay.

This all made Gopan go to Jaidu and ask him the secret of his better performance and production.

Jaidu advised Gopan to accompany him to the forest. On that day, both went to the forest.

Gopan climbed up the tree and remained up the tree till lunch time without any break. After lunch, too, Gopan climbed up the tree and climbed down the tree when his day was off.

Jaidu was climbing down the tree after every hour.

Lo! What is this? Gopan enjoyed less time on the ground as he did not climb down and had cut less wood. On the other hand, Jaidu was coming down the tree off and on and had cut more wood. Jaidu’s wood weighed 50 kgs and Gopan’s weighed 30 kgs. Less work more production. It surprised Gopan. He was sad.

Gopan asked Jaidu, “ How this happened? You enjoyed sleep every hour and even your production is more than that of mine.” Jaidu replied, “ No, my friend, you are mistaken. I was not enjoying sleep when I was on the ground. I sharpened my axe. Your blunt axe cut less wood. My sharpened axe cut more wood.” He realized his mistake. He had not sharpened his axe for a long time and was quarrelling with the new recruited Jaidu and his master.
Gopan understood the fact.

In the same way many people and workers do not realize the importance of “continuous learning” and grumble for pay raise or profits from their businesses. Continuous learning involves attending seminars, listening to the experts in their field of work, improving qualification, learning the new ways to move from lower level of thinking to higher level of thinking, switching from hard work to smart work etc. Read articles on the topics of your work, surf internet for updating your knowledge, buy and read books relating to your job, profession, business, hobby or anything else you do. After all;
What a man is? The total sum of what he has learnt.

MORAL:
KEEP ON LEARNING AND UPDATING YOURSELF
OR
STAND OUT OF THE RACE OF COMPETITION.

THINK & GET

THINK AND GET

EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE

Dear Reader,

Be brave, be bold, dare and do. Nothing is impossible.
No obstacle is insurmountable.

Once your mind is made up and you stand firm as a rock, no one can stop you from gaining your goal and crowning yourself with success.

With hope and ambition, do give rein to your vision, look ahead and plan and, above all, act. Do not waver, do not hesitate, do not rest till the job is done.

Know what you want and go after it with single-minded and with solemn resolution.

Abraham Lincoln says, “Your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other thing”.

Success comes when you get what you want or desire. The starting point, then, is to know what you want in life. If you don’t know what you want, the question of getting it does not arise at all.

You must, therefore, have a goal, an objective or target. You decide your goal according to your vision, day dream, inclination, ability, natural skill, knowledge and needs.

Think big and not small. Aim at the star and shoot high. Never settle for small things. Verily, the sky is the limit for those who dare and do.

Gandhiji(1869-1948) was a frail man, a lone individual. Yet he challenged the mighty British empire on which the sun never set. He had the vision, and displayed the courage and confidence to go after his visionary goal with missionary zeal. The mighty British empire was shaken and shattered to pieces and India awok to freedom and so also many other colonies in all the other continents and corners of the earth. And Gandhiji was a frail soul. He had no army, no money, no wealth, no riches and no battalions.
Gandhiji was of the opinion, “ there is no religion higher than the truth”. He had awoken the spirit of India with his call for “ahimsa” (non-violence), “satyagraha” (civil disobedience) and “Quit India” movement. British was forced out and his dream of a new, secular, self-willed, self-sufficient India began to take place.
Every year we celebrate Gandhij’s birthday. But we celebrate Gandhiji and not his principles and philosophy. If we reflect on his life, it could be a source of great strength and inspiration to all of us. If a ‘lean’ person could dislodge the mightiest power on earth with the weapon of non-violence through a steel will and a never-say-die spirit, we, too, can meet any odds and obstacles in our way to our cherished goal with a single-minded devotion and dedication. But, we eagerly await the public holiday on Gandhi Jayanti not to muse over and emulate this great man’s philosophy, but for indulging in fun and frolic only
Narayana Murthy (1946) had a dream and no money. In 1981, Narayana Murthy borrowed Rs. 10000/- from his wife, Sudha, to start Infosys with six friends. His dream was not to write software for the West but to create an instrument of wealth for India and generate more and more employment for Indians. Through sheer dint of hard work and force of vision, Narayana Murthy has transformed Infosys into a global star bearing an Indian stamp.

Dr. A.P.J Kalam(1931) who believes in “The Flight of A Dream” was rejected as pilot. Young Kalam dreamt of launching satellites. A degree in aeronautical engineering saw his dream go into orbit. The brilliant engineer guided India into the satellite and missile age and he rose to become a respected and much loved Head of the State i.e. President of India.
The lives of Mahatma Gandh, Naryana Murthy and Dr A.P.J Kalam are among indefatigable spirits who never deflected from their cherished goals and serve as beacon lights for us.

Visualize the image of what you would like to become in life. Do you want to be a king, a revolutionary leader, a business tycoon, a famous lawyer, a renowned professor, a skilled engineer or a great doctor? Let your ambition surface. But be true to your own self. Your aspirations may seem mere daydreams and wild castles in the air in the beginning start. Never mind and never fear. What appears impossible today will become a reality tomorrow with your determination, dedication and application. Anything which you regard now as of great value or accomplishment was a mere thought, idea, or dream at one time, be it the Taj Mahal or the atom bomb or the aero plane.

The secret of success, the source of strength, the spring of power, the foundation of wealth and royal path to name, fame and glory is yourself, your self-confidence and your own will power, born out of and sustained knowledge. Know and realise that you and you alone are the master of your destiny and captain of your soul. You can fashion your fate the way you will it.
Leading you on the road to success- P.K.Keshap

MORE ENERGY

10 Ways to Raise Your Energy and Help Change the World
By Iain Legg Creator of The Super Mind Evolution System

1. DON'T give away your power to people. Take responsibility for your life. If things aren't going as hoped in your life, re-examine your deepest beliefs. Swap limiting beliefs for empowering ones.

2. DO get a pet! According to Power vs Force, a purring cat vibrates at 500 ...my pet dog Cass must vibrate at least 800 with her loving licks and devotion! (She is nicknamed 'Licky' by my friends!)

3. DON'T watch movies that drag you down. According to Power vs Force, this is most films. Watch movies that will make you feel good. Listen to music that fills you with positive emotions. Read books that empower you. (Control the input to your brain, and you'll control your output).

4. DO focus on what you want in your life, not what you don't want - remember the law of attraction... You have the power to create the life of your dreams - even if the world around you seems messed up, don't lose focus...

5. DO imagine that what you dream of is in your life now, and feel grateful for it now ...and after that think of 10 more things to be grateful for.

6. DO have fun. Life is about being happy. Don't wait until you have this, or that... Don't put off happiness. Live now. Enjoy now.

7. DO seek to discover the truth about the meaning of your life. The answers are there if you look for them. Awareness and peace of mind are high vibrations.

8. DO use tools and strategies to help you achieve higher levels of consciousness, such as meditation and the free Alpha audio you can access at the end of this article

9. DON'T watch the news on television. It is filled with negativity which lowers your vibrations. (Why is 95% of all news all the time focused on bad news...). If you want to keep abreast of current affairs search the internet for independent, unbiased news. Seek the truth. Trust your intuition. This will also help you give you a much more balanced view of reality. There's lots of good news out there if you're looking for it...

10. DO help other people. Join activist sites like http://www.avaaz.org/ that collect petitions to help humanity. Forgiveness, compassion and understanding are good vibrations. Maybe even learn to spread love and heal people from a distance with the power of your mind...

SPIRITUALITY

TRUTH ABOUT SPIRITUALITY

In this piece “Spiritual wisdom” (Spectrum, Oct. 26) Randeep Wadhera writes, “you can be spiritual without being religious.” I can’t agree with this as one can’t be spiritual without being religious. An atheist , a disbeliever in religion, a savage or any person who despises religion can never be spiritual.

Such person may acquire high moral qualities but these are just natural conditions, which may be possessed even by those who deny the existence of God or hate religion. Many animals have a gentle disposition, and can be trained to become wholly peaceful and not to react savagely to chastisement, and yet we cannot call them human.

In the same way, a person who is entirely misguided and even has certain vices can exhibit good moral qualities. But in no way can be called a spiritual person. Hypnotism or mesmerism is not a synonym of spiritualism. Those who are transported into a trance by artificial means think that they have experienced spiritualism. Such people are utterly ignorant about spirituality.

Spirituality means enlightenment of soul and heart. It means realization of self and immersing one’s soul in the ocean of love of God. Spirituality minus God is only ritualism. So, mere acquisition of moral qualities does not bestow spiritual life upon a person. Spirituality can be attained only through the use of every moral quality in its proper place and on a proper occasion, and through treading faithfully on the way shown by God and through being wholly devoted to him.

I have borrowed these ideas about spirituality from the writings of the founder of the Ahmadiya Muslin Jamat Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian (Punjab), India..

As all oscillatory motions are periodic but all periodic motions are oscillatory, so all spiritual persons are religious, but all religious person are not spiritual or an irreligious person can never be spiritual though he may possess high moral qualities.

Belief in God is pre-condition to attain spirituality.

(A Letter by BILAL AHMED SHAMIM, QADIAN, PUNJAB (India) to the Editor of The Tribune published on November 16, 2008)

BREATHING

ALPHA- BREATHING
FOR RELAXATION

SIMPLIFIED PRANAYAM AND IMAGINATION

Alpha breathing is combination of imagination and a simplified version of Pranayam (Yoga of breath). It is a technique of deep regular breathing.

Deep breathing is important for 3 reasons.
1. The brain needs a lot of oxygen to function at high level of intelligence.
The brain is about 1.5 kilogram, which is about 3% of your body weight.
But the brain uses 20 to 25 percent of the total oxygen intake. Deep breathing
helps satisfy the oxygen demand of your brain.

2. Second, deep breathing relaxes you.
3. Third, breathing with a natural breathing cycle is one of the easiest and most
effective ways to increase alpha content of your brain waves.

This helps in learning.

Alpha-breathing:

Here are the steps for alpha-breathing. Use this technique NOW before reading any
more. Use this technique regularly for relaxation
.
· Repeat the following steps 4 times.
· Breathe from your diaphragm. Breath in through your nose for a count of four
(saying to yourself one, two, three, four)
· Hold your breath for a count of four. While holding imagine that oxygen is relaxing your brain and body.
· Breathe out through your mouth for a count of four. While exhaling, imagine that all stresses and tensions in your body/mind are going out with the breath.
· Do not pause. Immediately repeat the above steps.

Sleep is essential. During sleep, your body recuperates (repairs itself). You also dream while sleeping. Many scientists say that it is during dreams that the whole day’s memory is recognized in the brain.

Your sleep happens in cycles. These are 90 minute cycles. Your sleep process repeats after 90 minutes. During these 90 minutes the brain waves change representing change from awareness to deep sleep. In each cycle there is a period for REM (Rapid Eye Movement). During this period, there is rapid circular movement of the eyes. Now scientists have found that REM sleep represents dreaming.

For good sleep, go for following:

• Keep your room quiet and dark. If you do not have a separate room, you may not be able to do this. At least you can request the other members of your family to try to be quiet.
• Avoid coffee, particularly after lunch time.
• Eat less of sugar, salt, fats (oils and ghee), difficult-to-digest foods, particularly at night.
• Physical exercise helps, preferably in the afternoon, but not in night.
• Take time to slow down. If you are doing something very active and suddenly you go to bed, you may not get sleep. So spend the last hour or so doing relatively non-stressful activities.
• Try to go to the bed at the same time every night.
• Do not read or watch TV when in bed. Use bed for sleep only.
• Learn and do relaxation exercises.

PERSONAL GROOMING

ٍDO YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

PERSONAL CARE MATTERS IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL LIFE.

In addition to your qualification and skills, in this era of corporate culture, your outward personality plays an important role in your professional life. Your profession requires that you need to pay right attention to your personal grooming.

Globalization demands right personality presentation for the job. A receptionist should be smiling and presentable. Outward personality sends a soothing sensation in the minds of the people we interact in our daily lives.

Employee's personality is directly related to job performance. In fact, a research has shown the importance of personality grooming especially in the field of sales, finance and public relation. The research further says that people in these fields make their job easier by 30-40% only due to their personality and personal grooming.

A finance executive states that he meets 10-20 people daily in connection with his job and many of the clients give the business only due to the personal grooming. They become the permanent clients due to personality.

Personality expert exerts that many people infer the meaning of personality as "good looks"; but this is not true.

Under personality comes:

- Good looks
- Dress Sense
- Hair Style
- Attitude
- Communication Skills

- Eye Contact
- Body Language ( especially when sitting and getting up)

Your strong personality enhances your confidence level and your attitude grows "positive".

  • Front office people must have pleasing, presentable, social, active personality. But there is another side of the coin, people working behind the curtain do not give much attention to the personality.

    Remember
  • Always wear neat and clean, well ironed clothes in the office.
  • If you are allowed to wear casual clothes in your office, take care that you do not wear T-shirts with absurd slogans.
  • Clothes should not be common also.
  • Perfume or deo derant used should be such as may not affect the senses of others and invite comments-silent or loud.
  • The males take special care for their shaves.
  • Employees should also be careful about their hair-style.
  • Avoid colouring or dyeing of the hair.
  • Simple belts should be used.
  • Big and eccentric buckles of the belts be avoided.
  • Do not use hat in the office.
  • Use good looking portfolio or briefcase while going to office instead of hand bag or polythene bag.

READING

GOOD HABIT – READING

Books are the best friends, philosopher, guide, motivator and mentor. Most of the intellectuals of the world accept this fact. Millions of books have been written by the men of high intellect throughout the world. These books, inspire, guide and motivate the people who read, recite or listen to them.

Nobody can sit, talk and advise you for such a long time as books can. Nobody can entertain at the odd hours of the day i.e. midnight when a good book can be of great help.
Reading of good book in the bed leads to sound sleep and avoids sleeplessness. Our prayers are also in the form of good books. Books live beyond the physical age of the writer. We read holy Bhagwat Gita, Ramayana, Bible. Who wrote them and when were they written is not known to us. But they inspire and guide us.

Success in business can also be registered by reading the intricacies of business skills from and auto-biographies of successful businessmen.

Books are good, books are bad. Bad books destroy humans, good books elevate humans from kaam kender (centre of passion) to gyan kender( centre of knowledge). The former is the lowest level of human living whereas the latter is the highest level of human living. Life is a school to move from lowest to highest.

Good books are like incarnation of gods that improve a human being without the knowledge to the world around or at large. They enable the person to refrain from illegal, illicit and sinful acts. Reading of good books makes transforms a man to human, a human to super human. We can never have chance to sit with Mr. Bill Gates, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Dr. A.P.J. Kalam, but we can read their good views that have been written in their books. These thoughts and views give us motivation and insight. After reading the thoughts written by Mahatma Gandhi, Abrahm Lincon and many other big successful personalities of the world, we can elevate our mental level to make this world a better place to live.

By only reading, we can be aware about the law of our land (country). Law is handiwork of millions of people over a million of years. It is not a one man’s job over one day. Human mind cannot grasp all of law in a single lecture. It needs thorough study.
Love to read and collection of the books is the true university. Read and benefit. Fear, mental friction and frowns don’t go from a human mind until and unless they are removed by real knowledge which is contained in books. Internet is also one source to learn and read more.

FREEWARE

INSTALLING LOVE

TECH SUPPORT: Yes, Sir… how can I help you?

CUSTOMER : Well, after much consideration, I have decided to install LOVE. Can you guide me through the process?

TECH SUPPORT: Yes, I can help you. Are you ready?
CUSTOMER: Well, I am not very technical, but I think I am ready.
What do I do first?

TECH SUPPORT: The first step is to open your Heart.

CUSTOMER: Yes, but there are several other programmes running now. Is it okay to install Love while they are running?

TECH SUPPORT: What programmes are running, ma’am?
CUSTOMER: I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge and Resentment running right now.

TECH SUPPORT: No problem. Love will gradually erase Past Hurt and will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment. Those programmes prevent Love from being properly installed.
CUSTOMER: But I don’t know how to turn them OFF.

TECH SUPPORT: Go to your start menu and involve FORGIVENESS.
CUSTOMER: Okay, done! Now Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?

TECH SUPPORT: Yes, but remember that you have only the base programme. You need to begin connecting other Hearts in order to get the upgrades. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn share it with others and return some cool Modules to you.

CUSTOMER: Thank you! Sir.
