the stars,
the seas,
the mountains and its peaks,
the universe and its galaxies felt this world would be incomplete without you and without me.
परमपिता परमात्मा
जिसने
तारे,
समुद्र
पहाड़और चोटीयां
ब्राहम्णड और गैलेक्सी(सौर मंडल) वनाए
ने सोचा कि यह सब आपके और मेरे विना अधूरा है।

Do you see
how you are a puzzle piece in the whole—
how without you here,
there would be a hole?
कभी सोचा है
कि आप कैसी पहेली हो?

Your body is not just a clay tent that you live in,
it’s a piece of the universe you have been given.
आपकी
वाडी केवल
मिट्टी का पुतला नहीं है।
यह आप को समर्पित ब्राहाम्ड का हिस्सा है।
इसी को गुरु नानक जी कहते हैं
"जैसा पिंडे, तैसा ब्राहाम्डे"

You are not a small star,
you are a reflection of the entire cosmos.
आप एक सितारा नहीं हो वल्कि सारे ब्रह्माण्ड की रौशनी हो।

Can you hear the big bang in your heart?
अपने दिल में धड़कती दिव्य ध्वनि
को सुना?
Eighty times a minute God knocks on the doors of your chest,
to remind you that He has never left,
and that

He is closer to you than the jugular vein in your neck.
एक मिनट में परमपिता परमात्मा आपके दिल के दरवाजे पर 80 वार दस्तक देता है।््
आपको याद करवाता है "मैं तुम्हारे साथ हूं और तुम्हें कभी अकेला
नहीं रहने दिया".
वह हमेशा आप के साथ है।

Every moment is divinely blessed,
for this very moment God is blowing the breath of life through eight billion different human chests.
हर पल परमपिता परमात्मा की देन है।
गुरु जी कहते हैं:
सो क्यों विसरे मेरी माए
जिन इह सब कुछ दिया।

You are not just star dust and dirt,
you are a reflection of God’s beauty on Earth.
आप चांद तारों की कोई धूल नहीं हो।
आप इस धरती पर परमपिता परमात्मा की परछाई हो।
जो उस की शक्तियां हैं, वह आपकी भी हैं।
इसीलिए वेदों में वर्णन है:
"अह्म ब्रह्म अस्मि" अर्थात्
मैं ही ब्रह्म हूं।

You are not this mortal body that death will one day take. You are an everlasting spirit held in the mortal embrace of clay.
आप केवल स्थूल शरीर नही है जिसे एक दिन मृत्यु ले जाए गी।
आप तो अमर,
अज़र सुक्ष्म आत्मा हो,
जो मानव रुपी मकड़जाल में
भवसागर को पार करने के लिए धरती पर जन्म लेती है।

you are a spiritual being living this human being miracle.”
