Thinking outside the box to solve inherently difficult problems. How do you encourage right brain creativity without electrical stimulation? Any suggestions?

Denise Wenderoth • Research at Cornell University indicates that perceived Leadership potential in individuals is showing a bias towards the status quo and not creative styles. So, if individuals can solve inherently difficult problems, they are not seen as future leaders.
