In an African country a little boy's father was working hard with his shovel  on dry land hoping the rain will irrigate his land.

And just then his little son aged about 10 came and with the battery of an old radio set the fan giving air to his father who was working in the field and sweating profusely.

When the fan was giving cool air, the child told father that  he wanted to join school.

 "I will make wind operated motor that will draw water even when there is no rain and we will have water for our fields and crops will grow throughout the year."

Hearing this,

 the poor illiterate father became frustrated and gave a slap. 

The child ran to his mother.

When father came in the evening, mother convinced him to send the child to school. 

Despite father's half hearted "yes", 

mother sent the child to school.

DREAM FULFILLED

After about 15 years study, 

the child built a system that ran with wind and drew water from the deep dug well.

Father hugged the child when first drop fell on their dry land.

Water ran into a small  stream that irrigated, their and other villagers' fields.

Poor villagers were very happy and hugged the child turned engineer.

 That year their barren land gave good crop and they shared water with the neighbouring villagers too.

Word spread about this invention and its benefits to the farmers.

Everybody appreciated the child and his father.

So, never give up your dreams. 

Rather work hard to make them real.

इसका केवल प्रबंधन किया जा सकता है। इसका केवल अपने लक्ष्य के लिये सदुपयोग किया जा सकता।

समय की बर्बादी के लिये दो बढ़े कारण है:

 सोशल मीडिया, गैरजरूरी इन टर नेट सर्फिंग।

बेबजह फोन का प्रयोग।

यह फोकस घटाते हैँ। जिससे लक्ष्य प्राप्ति में कठिनता होती है।

अपनी इमोशनल स्ट्रेंथ बढ़ाएं। एक स्कूल प्रिंसीपल ने बताया : मैं सारे दिन स्कूल में फोन साइलेंट रखता हूँ और केवल 4 बजे ओपन करके ईमेल देखता हूँ। केवल 10 से 15 मिन्ट के लिये ताकि कोई अर्जेंट ईमेल का जवाब न देना हो। 

बैसे हर रोज़ मेरे फोन पर 50 से 60 ईमेल आती है। जो मेरे मतलब की नहीँ होती। उन्हें डिलीट कर देता हूँ।

यह स्व सुधार आप खुद ही कर सकते हैं और कोई नहीँ।
