Marriage School

Marriage School

THE SCHOOL CALLED MARRIAGE

Marriage is the only school where
you get the Certificate before you start.

It's also a school where you will never graduate.

It's a school without a break or a free period.

It's a school where no one is allowed to drop out.

It's a school you will have to attend every day of your life.

It's a school where there is no sick leave or holidays.

It's a school founded by God:
1.On the foundation of love.
2.The walls are made out of trust.
3.The door made out of acceptance.
4.The windows made out of understanding
5.The furniture made out of blessings
6.The roof made out of faith.

Be reminded that you are just a student not the principal.
God is the only Principal.

Even in times of storms, don't be unwise and run outside.

Keep in mind that, this school is the safest place to be.

Never go to sleep before completing your
assignments for the day.

Never forget the C-word...Communicate.

Communicate with your classmate and with the Principal.

If you find out something in your classmate (spouse)
 that you do not appreciate,
Remember your classmate is also just a student not a graduate,
God is not finished with him/her yet.
So take it as a challenge and work on it together.

Do not forget to study the Holy Book
(the main textbook of this school).

Start each day with a sacred assembly and
 end it the same way.

Sometimes you will feel like not attending classes,
 yet you have to.

When tempted to quit find courage and continue.

Some tests and exams may be tough but remember,
the Principal knows how much you can bear and yet
it's a school better than any other.

It's one of the best schools on earth;
joy, peace and happiness accompany each lesson of the day.

Different subjects are offered in this school,
yet love is the major subject.

After all the years of theorizing about it,
now you have a chance to practice it.

To be loved is a good thing, but to love
is the greatest privilege of them all.

Marriage is a place of love, so love your spouse.

More - grace from God.

Marriages are settled in heaven but celebrated on Earth
Union of two souls is written right from birth.

Those who believe and trust in this, live a far more successful married life than others who believe that the grass is greener on the other side of the wall. Grass is greener where you will water it.   - Prof P.K.Keshap

Learning never ends

Learn an inch a day
Tomorrow it will become 2 inches
A month will make it 30 and turn
it into 365 inches in a year.

In a year you are better 365 times than non-learner. Progress in learning comes with practice. Practice, practice and practice and success in chosen field or desire will be yours.

Learning is your own self-effort. Nobody else is responsible for this.  Others can guide you. train you, mentor you. But it is solely your responsibility and accountability of self to learn whatever you wish.

I AM EVERYTHING   -    EGO FEELING
I AM NOTHING -            INFERIOR FEELING
BUT
I AM SOMETHING AND
CAN DO EVERYTHING - SELF BELIEF /SELF TRUST.

Right self belief based on honest true strengths leads to true success in life.

Identify your natural talent and you will never feel tired to exert 24/7 .

Sachin Tendulkar did not fare well in exams while young. His report card showed very poor results. Instead of using harsh words and a reprimand, his mother politely taking him in her lap asked, "what interests you, my dear little angel." The child innocently replied, " cricket." His elder brother, very next day brought a bad and ball and gave it to the child. The whole of family loved to play with the child in the house, though small.

Mother and brother did not force their will to go to school and be a scholar.

Rest is the history. Who doesn't know about Sachin Tendulkar - a great cricketer in the world?

Every child is born with a talent. Give the child free hand to choose and you will find him growing in that field because he loves his work based on natural talent.

IP is the principle of success. I =IDEA      P=PASSION.

Idea means what has value in the real world i.e. what sells.    Passion is honest efforts with love and devotion to turn that idea into success.

Learning is the beginning of knowledge,
Learning is the beginning of job into career
Learning is the beginning of spirituality
Learning is the magic that transforms your dreams into reality.

So, love learning, change your attitude and your world will change.
Progress in learning comes through practice, practice and practice and it is old saying "Practice Makes a man Perfect." You are perfect in your own way. Don't let negative thoughts or negative self-talk deteriorate your determination.
Talk yourself positive everyday.
I am a complete person.
I am master of my own life.
I listen to other and learn a lot from them.
I know when I speak, I repeat what I already know
But when I listen to others, I know what I don't know.

LISTENING IS BETTER THAN SPEAKING.

"Love Is Ever-Lasting"

 "Love Is Ever-Lasting"

When love leaves its mark on you
it carries you through some incredibly
difficult times.

The love that has been given to you
becomes an indelible part of you,
so much so that it remain long after
the one who has given it to you is gone.

It is a never-ending gift.

Not only you yourself will benefit.
Others after you will absorb the love
in you that was given to you by somebody else.

You see it's a gift that keeps passing on and gets
stronger through each passage of time.

It never wanes as long as you keep supporting it.

I always remember this after a loved one's passing,
that love is ever-lasting.

                                                                               , Sandy Wyllie (USA)
Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("Ilove my mother") to pleasure ("I loved that meal"). It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment.

"Peace Of Mind Comes From Content With Oneself"

You got to make your own happiness!
You can't rely on others to do this for you.

Tap into yourself to see what you'll find.

You'll be surprised when you find out what is
stored deep inside of yourself.

You'll never know until you try.

The beautiful thing about this is that you'll
be able to rely on yourself for your own happiness.

You can reach into the depths of your mind
and draw on things that you never even knew
existed before.

You'll discover more about yourself  while you
learn something new.

There is no telling where you can go to from here.

Peace of mind comes from content with oneself.
Remember it's all up to you and nobody else.

Sharing a laugh with my parents.

Pic couirtesy: www.abcnews.go.com
Pic courtesy: http://www.wilstar.com/observances/us/parents-day/

Yesterday was Raksha Bandhan - the festival of tieing a thread on the hand of brother by the sister and asking and expecting protection throughout life whenever she will require her brother. The festival is celebrated in Nothern India as I know.
Yesterday, we too celebrated Raksha Bandhan. My sisters came and tied Rakhi on my hand.
My mom aged 78 too went to my meternal uncle's home to tie Rakhi.
We all were very happy and enjoyed the occasion.

Most important of all was my heart to heart chat with my father aged 80. I am 58. He told me: when we were students, we used to miss the school and hide our satchels in the bushes and go to see "Chhanj" a local wrestling bout at a place which was 16 kilometer from the village.

At that time, there were no buses, no conveyance. Only one Muslim had a horse cart and he was treated as wealthiest person in the area. It was around 1945.

And in 1947, that wealthy Muslim too migrated to Pakistan because India was devided into India and Pakistand. Father laughed a lot when narrating this incident.

Another bout of laugh came to me when dear father told me : Do you know on my marriage what was the shagun? I said no. It was 1 kg rice and 1.25 rupees.
I laughed a lot. Shagun is an Indian way of ceremony when a young boy is betrothed for marriage with a young girl i.e. my mother. Now even  buying a candy costs 4 times more than shagun money.
We talked a lot. Father kept on sharing old memories. We laughed a lot.
I felt as if this is the best night of my life.

Focused Action=Achievement

What we focus upon regularly that expands exponentially.

And manifests in real life.

Mind your focus. Focusing on grudges, jealousy, failures will further pave the way for negative feelings and making you weak internally. Dream Big, Achieve Big. Peace and happiness that comes
Peace and happiness that comes from good health and good feelings is the root of walking on the path of success and achieving it.

Yesterday i.e. Sunday 26th July, 2015, Panchayat of Threekey village in Ludhiana District held a  Vo- lleyball tournamenet. I accompanied my friend Mr. Bhatti to the play ground where the tournament was to be played.  We reached at the ground at about 5 pm. Mr. Bhatti is a good comentator in our mother-tongue i.e. Punjabi.

18 teams enrolled for the tournament by paying Entry Fee of Rs. 500 each. The prize for the winning team was Rs. 11000 and for the Runners up was Rs. 5100.

The tournament was conducted and sponsored by the residents of village Threekay headed by honorable Sarpanch Jarnail Singh and his son Soni.
Mr.Sunny Threekay  Mr. Raja Panch and Mr.Ramesh Kumar  were the chief organised who managed the management of the tournament.
Umpiring by Aman was highly appreciated.  Professional teams from Jagraon and Khanna participated.
Arrangement was excellent.
Regularly dinner, cold drinks, cold water and tea was served to all. Around 1500 people watched the tournament.
NO GOVERMENT AID WAS RECEIVED . IT WAS FULLY SELF SPONSORED BY THE PANCHAYAT.
Tournament started at 5 pm on 26.7.2015.
In the first round 18 teams played 9 matches.
In the second round  8 winning teams played 4 matches and 9th winning was directly upgraded to semi-finals.
In the third round  2 winners came out and 3 teams played. One out of the three was eliminated and two played for the final match.
It was 2.30 am when the two teams were playing the final match. Even at this late hour of night when almost whole of the city was enjoying sleep, the players were agile and playing excellently. The ball was just moving from one corner to another corner. Sometime the ball did not  drop for 15 to 20 minutes. It was really marvellous to watch young boys in action. Nobody could say that it was  night and 2.30 am as the players were fully awake and aware and enthusiasm was unparallel. The final match was no less than a national level match.
At 3.30 am the teams were able to decide the final. Winner and runners up’s was just 1 point. The winning team was given the prije of Rs.11000 and Runners up bagged the second prije of Rs. 5100.
I learnt passion plus action is achievement. Passion when tamed, trained and put into practice becomes achievement. Nothing on planet Earth make it stop. I reached home at about 4 pm.

Dr.   Sarabjit Singh,     President of Friends  Club (Regd.) B.R.S  Nagar, Ludhiana desired that young generation should not choose drugs but play and Punjab should flourish. The seed of good thinking is now growing and more than 8 matches have bee n organised by various Panchayats and teams.

Dr. Sarbjit Singh was honoured in absentia by giving the trophy to Mr.Aman whose umpring was highly appreciated by all the teams.

THE INITIATIVE OF VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENTS IN THE AREA WAS TAKEN WITH A VIEW TO KEEP THE YOUNG MINDS AWAY FROM DRUGS AND ADDICTIONS, SAYS SARPANCH JARNAIL SINGH.

Business Management Made Easy

Pic source: nicos.in
Managing business is an herculean challenge for almost all business men and business managers.
I give below the four systems that are necessary for a business to run smoothly.
1. OAS : Office Automation System
Office is the engine of the train called business - be it service, retail or manufacturing.  All information is managed in the office for quick actions and decision. Information is profit or money. Information needs to be preserved, saved from frugal minds, information needs to disseminated for action on the floor. Accounting, correspondence, communication - internal and external using modern gadgets like computer, mobile phones, printer, fax etc. are some of the activities of the OAS.
2. TPS: Transaction Processing System: How a transaction is processed is covered in this system. Effective handling of a transaction determines the effectiveness of the organisational management and thereby profit level.
Pre-transaction processing:
2.1 Visit by marketing people to introduce the product or service.
2.2 Receiving an enquiry or requirement.
2.3 Processing the enquiry mentally.
2.4 Quoting for enquiry either in writing or verbally.
2.5 Receiving an order.
Transaction Processing:
After the order is received, planning for execution starts. Raw material is arranged through Bill of Material. Material carrying cost is the major factor in this phase of transaction. Scheduling of production for producing the product helps a lot. Wise handling of the scheduling and material boosts up the transaction profit for the organisation. Well qualified, experienced and positive minds boost the productivity of this system.
3. MIS Management Information System: Various reports are received from various departments of the organisation like: Marketing, production, personnel, ERP. These are processed further so that they may be used by the top executives or management team to take effective decisions.
4. DSS Decision Support System:  MIS as described in system 3 is supplied to the top management that is aware about SWOT analysis and TOWS analysis. Such information is juggled and effective decision is taken. Efficacy of the decision depends upon the accuracy of the information so supplied.
Focus on all these systems regularly boosts the effectiveness of the organs of the organisations.

80-20 pareto rule of life.

Reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareto_principle
Pic Source: www.dreamspear.co.uk

While doing MBA, we used to learn about 80-20 pareto method. The method when applied in projects or other activities says that 80% results or impact for achieving a project or an activity come from 20% efforts. The leaders focus, track and monitor this 20% part of the project. Rest is managed by the next brigade.

A week ago, I was sitting in café and heard the talk of the neighbor on other table.
Hard skills  = 20% contribution in life
Soft skills = 80% contribution in life.
Elaborate more was the wide eyed opened listener's query.

Listen:

Hard skills are the qualifications and ranks a person gets from school/college/universities or institutes. They make the arrogant, haughty, introvert and fit for comparison. The person boasts and brags of degrees and institutes where as this does not pay after a period of time.

Soft Skills:

About 60 in  total and include acceptance of the world as real and taming, trimming self thinking to match the occasion and the need of the person, places, people, institutions. It includes, talking low, slow, short taking into account the age, relation and occasion. It also includes your role in family, work place or job. A manager cannot be impatient in talks like an office boy.

What you eat determines the volume of your voice. Heavy , fried and over cooked foods and hot drinks cause loudness in talks. Fruit, juice, vegetables, almonds and nuts enable the body to be more healthy and the behavior of the person improves.

CCT Conscious Control of Tongue pays a lot in achieving 80%.

20% is helpful in career and is relevant for the job and the little community known.
80% is helpful in happiness, relation building, networking, inner peace and frictionless self-development. Networking - local, national and international - help in boosting the relationships for every kind of assistance during bad times.

The listener could not understand well and asked: Cite an example. I could not understand your philosophical talk.

Ok: In a family, father is less educated and worked hard to feed and pay the fee of the children. Mother, though illiterate, cooked food, washed clothes and took care of kids when they were ill and could not take care of themselves. With the fees of father's money and mother's help, the children got good education. Became aware about the physical world but could not develop their sense of metaphysical world which is inner-self.

Now the children are young and educated, parents are old and needy. Energy level is drained. Their response time to tackle the problems or replying to the queries of children has gone down. Children don't like this. They shout and react to the extent that the parents feel troubled. Yes mere presence for long time becomes a source of annoyance. Father and mother living at the same place and meeting the children right from birth cause inbuilt mental deafness for any kind of advice or

Children treat them as if they have the same energy and expect that the parents should act and behave as they wish rather than being thankful to the parents who sacrificed their youth, wants and invested their energy and time on them.

When I was young I wished to change the world. My age was about 17-18. But now at 50+ I have come to know that creating mental friction for the real world or others is useless. But now I have learnt, if I wish to be happy, I need to manage my mind. Now I focus more on my thoughts, track them. I found a wonderful method: I say I forgive you and name the person: Wonder: I sleep well. No thought of hate or love for a particular person jump into my mind.

I don't do because the people I love or I hate deserve my mercy but I deserve mental peace. I kept on torturing myself for about 50 years for imaginary presumptive reasons. Now I am in command of my mind. Now  I know what I want in life and my direction is right and destination is visible. Earlier, I was commanded by others as I was hurt deeply by the words of others. Now I ignore by mentally saying. No you cannot disturb my mental peace. I am the master of my life.  Now I trust the words of Henry David Thoreau
: What lies ahead and what lies ahead are tiny matters as compared to what lies within.

Changing food has also helped a lot. I take fruits, boiled vegetables, sprouted beans. I avoid gossip and irrelevant thinking and toxic people.
Now I talk more in mind. No  bad words come out of lips. Only good words for others come. This is building my relations. I am now more cooperative, level of acceptance rather than arrogance has increased. Body language too works for others. Behaviour is changing. It is all paying in making my life happy. I feel inner peace. Sleep well.
This switching from "I": am more important to "You" are more important and becoming nice to others, talking sweet, controlling tongue i.e. stopping and not advancing arguments is helping me to be happy. Happiness is an inner task. Self effort. Nobody else is responsible. I love living with people with whom I feel good.

Age group too matters. People of your own age group make you more happy as they talk and behave like you.

Emotional intelligence is one component of 80%. 80% never changes. 20% keeps changing with the passage. Parents loved their kids in Stone Age and love them too in this Computer Age. Mother's parents, brothers, sisters and father's parents, brothers, sisters and cousins remain permanent in life. No way to annoy or leave them. Just accepting them as they are is the way to happiness or face their wrath.
All talk rough but do help in need. Talk cannot be as good as the dialogue of films or TV serials.
But MBA and B.Tech were not available in Stone Age.

80% enables you to be happy and comfortable with everyone and everywhere. Whereas 20% enables you to go up and higher in your career.

Right I understand why am I that much troubled internally. I will be focusing on 80% now to make my life better and better.

2-Day Workshop on Participatory Teaching

at
SBS MEMORIAL PUBLIC SCHOOL,
 KATORA DISTT. FIROZEPORE Punjab (India)

As the school was to re-open on 1st July after summer vacation, the school management represented by one of my old colleague and friend Mr. Rakesh Arora, invited me to be the Chief Speaker and Mentor for the 2 day workshop on Participatory Teaching.

About 35 teachers having qualification of
1. ETT (Elementary Teacher Training)
2. B.A
3. B.A, B.Ed
4. M.A, B.Ed
5. M.A, M.Ed
6. M.A, B. Ed with Dip. in Counseling

in general participated. The workshop was divided into two parts:

1. Philosophical Teaching - that is sharing general awareness about the subject and its background.
2. Specific Teaching: that is focusing  upon the teaching skills and presenting and delivering in such a way as may bring out the best out of the student/learner.

The school is having 100% results, director said. "We do not approve of any unfair means and for this we are famous in the area. Poor performer do not join our school. Even the parents who believe that their children will be helped in their wrong deed do not dare to get their wards admitted in our school.
We have about 1200 students at present from LKG to 10th class."

I know the stuff of the director. Because he and his family  is in my touch for the past about 20 years.

The session started with

- Hey Malik Tere Bande Hum , neki par chalen aur badi se talen taki hanste huye nikle dum
( O God, we are your children. Empower us to follow the right path to lead a life of righteousness and avoid the wrong path so that we may breathe last easily and happily to reach in your lap."

- Thereafter, introductions- mine through video and teachers in person.
- Deliberations on various qualities of good teacher and how they should behave in class and outside class.

- Teacher is VIP -
- Teaching is a most satisfying profession in the world as we touch human lives, have the opportunity to lead a life among lively environments like: games, contests, singing, playing etc. No other profession in the world offers these kind of co-curricular rather co-profession activities.

2nd day was Teaching Specific:

Teachers were given lecture on:
- Discipline
- Self conduct- inside the class and outside the class in society.
- Subject specific expertise
- Punctuality and its importance.
- Education and its meaning
- Total personality development of the child.

We all had tea and lunch together. That session was like networking in business meets.

Process of success

I was thinking the various steps involved in the success and analyzing the various experiences over a period of 57+ years, I found:

1. Think soft
2. Think hard
3. Sieve an idea (soft)
4, Make the idea hard.
5. Idea should be for practical world.
6. Implement the idea
7. Try, fail and learn
8. Keep trying, keep failing and keep learning.
9. Every time the idea fails, new learning pops up in the mind. Make it hard. Always keep pen, pencil and paper with you to make your thinking hard. Keep on filing these ideas on paper in a file. Or just save them with a tag.
10. As Swami Vivekananda says: Every idea is first ridiculed, then opposed and at the end is accepted. Every successful spirit must keep this in mind and work without quitting. Winners are not those people who never fail but those who never quit.
11. Keep refining or improving.
12. Keep learning from criticism in a positive way. A successful inventor shared: We used to receive 800 emails daily that criticized our brand. But we took it as feedback to improve the brand and today our brand is amongst the top most brand in the world. Thanks to the critics who took time to test our product and kept sending emails.

13. After this SUCCESS FOLLOWS.

SMALL CELEBRATIONS MAKE LIFE BIG

This is an email received from my friend Peter Sinclair, Australia. I enjoyed it and sharing for your enjoyment.
Prof

I have spent the past week celebrating the birthday of my three year old grand daughter.

I lost count of how many times we blew out candles and sang happy birthday - in three part harmony mind you.

I personally don't believe in birthdays. I prefer birth-weeks.  That way we can celebrate in many different ways and in many varied formats over an extended period of time. The celebration can be prolonged and embellished in this manner because I truly believe that a precious life is worth celebrating.

Life passes too quickly to simply go through the motions.

Life must be celebrated.

Find any excuse to celebrate.

Celebrate a victory. Celebrate a loss and the lessons learned from the experience. Celebrate the start of a vision fulfilled. Celebrate moving forward with the project. Celebrate the completion. Celebrate the efforts of others.

Celebrate the BIG. Celebrate the small.

Stop the wheels. Hop off the bus. And celebrate.

You will be fired up. You will be inspired. You will make others feel highly valued.

Now that's something worth celebrating.

Be blessed!

PS: While we're considering birthday celebrations here's a video of my youngest daughter's birthday celebration a couple of years ago.

First day at work.

Greatest day of life as I view is the "first day at job."

After 15/17 years of education, the tedious job is to find a job. Preparing bio-data and submitting the same to job providers, facing interviews and accepting rejections and comments unworthy of hearing becomes an intolerable task.

A question that generally confuses the fresher: Do you have experience? When the interviewee is fresher and has been called for the interview as fresher how can s/he have the experience?

Very few interviewers come prepared for the interview. They take the job interviewing the candidate like writing a letter to client or customer.

In many organizations, an hour's a day's interview is ritual. Many times, the interviewers are less educated and are not aware about the job profile and expectations from the interviewee.

IQ instead of EQ remains the focus in interviews.

But for better results, EQ also matters. Experts say IQ (Formal education)_+ Experience counts for 20% and EQ or common sense and etiquettes count for 80%. Once the interviewee is emotionally and  mentally attached to the organization, loyalty and results ensue without effort.

It is well said: Take care of your people and your people will take care of your business.

The interviewer (s) does not realize that this may be a routine job for him/her but this is a special and most important job for the interviewee. Getting a job is a life time dream of a person. Hence, thorough before hand preparation is most important.

Interview is a bridge between the organization and new person. It is nothing less than bringing a new bride in the house and making her aware about the nature, mood, rules and behavior expected from her for the family members and others in the community the family lives.

Today, is the day when a new young boy who is BBA with Diploma in Electronics going to join as Marketing Executing in the small organization being run by a young Electrical Engineer manufacturing Electrical Control Panels, Industrial Cooling Units. The young engineer invited me to interview this new entrant.

Now the scene at the interview:

I was sitting all alone in the room.

The interviewee sought permission and entered the room. I could see he was gasping. I gave him a glass of water and told him to sit on the chair and feel easy.

"This is a positive interview not rejection exercise, so please feel easy and sit."
He overcome his nervousness and I saw that the perspiration on his face disappeared rather was soaked by the air of the fan.

He was feeling fresh. I glanced through his certificates and testimonials.

"Good performance," was my comment.

Glow in eyes of the blushing young man returned. His age is about 23 years.

"What are you co-curricular activities?"

"I sing, I dance, I play, sir"

"Good."

"Can you sing a song for  me?"

"Which one, sir?"

"Which you deem fit and like the most?"

He paused for a while and started singing. I closed my eyes and listened carefully.

After 2/3 minutes, the song was over.

Many may be thinking that the selection in the interview was so easy. Just a song. Singing a song in front of an unknown, first time met person is a bold act. This is the requisite trait expected from a marketing man. A marketing person has to meet with new people, unknown people, weird people and retain the relationship. 20% sales comes from the new customers while 80% sales comes from the old satisfied customers.

For the new customer: This new interviewee has boldness to meet, to introduce the organization and the products organization manufactures.

For the old customers: This new interviewee has the ability to retain the relationship using his positive attitude that have been tested by listening to his song. He is a team player.

So, a good interviewer can judge all these traits in a minute. As regards to intellectual skills, his certificates and testimonials are the proof. Why to raise new questions? He is fit to be tamed, trimmed and made fit for the profile of his job.

"You are selected."

Out of respect and awe he looked at me with gratitude. With tears of happiness in his eyes about to well up  his  cheeks, he said: Thank you, sir.

"When would you like to join?"

"Tomorrow, sir."

"No. Join after 3/4 days. Go and meet your nears and dears, relatives and friends. After joining you will come regularly on the job. No leaves. So, come and join on 1st June."

"What will be the pay package, sir?"

"Work for one month and let us observe your attitude, your way of working, your punctuality and the pay package will be the best in the industry."

"Right, sir. I will come on 1st June."

Today, is his joining day. I have prepared all the information necessary for him. I have bought a rose flower to welcome him.

Working honorary for young entrepreneurs gives a lot of satisfaction. At this age with experience, I feel I am helping them.

First good boss is better than big fat pay package is my advice to all who start their career. Good boss teaches good etiquettes, manners and traits that pay whole of life.

Once this is learnt, pay package keeps on becoming fat, fatter and fatter.

WELCOME THE NEW PERSON. FIRST DAY at  JOB IS A MEMORABLE DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PERSON. FIRST SALARY IS NEVER FORGETTON.

TODAY I AM GOING TO WELCOME HIM TO MAKE THE DAY MEMORABLE.

A speaker in the seminar said: Being an interviewer, keep in mind:
1. Attitude of the candidate is religion.
2.
