GST in India

Goods and Services Act  will unleash a tax regime that will make India One nation, one tax, one market.

But everyday, I read in newspapers, many business associations, many traders associations are protesting on one issue or another relating to this new tax regime, GST is going to be implemented in India on July 1, 2017.

Most of the mental panic translated  into protests and  complaints by business community relates teso impact of GST on business. To clear this myth and mental mist, I am explaining the impact of GST on business. ju

Generally, there are 3 steps that a product takes to reach the final consumers. Ultimate burden of tax is to be born by the consumers - industrial or domestic.

Now the impact under simple Sales Tax Act and Goods and Services Tax:

A product is manufactured in a factory and its manufacturing cost is Rs. 100/- and profit added at every level is 10%

Note: This table and calculations may not mathematically correct. But the message is that under GST, the merchandise will be cheaper.

In earlier system, there was also input credit system but it was too cumbersome and tax evasion was enormous. But now, governance through degitalization will make the tax evasion very very difficult and punishable under law.

Conclusion: Clear your mental confusion. In earlier system, the product that had manufacturing cost of Rs. 100 with 15% sales tax rate reached with MRP of Rs. 316 with the end consumer. In the new GST regime, thought the rate is about doubled i.e. 28%   will cost the end consumer Rs. 250. So, why are the business associations protesting the GST regime is merely lack of proper knowledge.

Moreover, in this example, no excise duty, no custom duty, no service tax has been levied which are now completely merged into GST.

जी एस टी को लेकर बहुत भ्रांतियाँ , डर और शक हैं।  क्या होगा जी एस टी, कैसा होगा जी एस टी ? तो एक ही लाइन में समझ लें की   जी एस टी से आम आदमी का बहुत भला होने बाला है।  जो बस्तु पहले 15 % टैक्स लगकर फैक्ट्री से 100 रूपए में बनती थी बह आप के हाथ में 210 रूपए या इस से अधिक में आप के हाथ में पहुंचती थी।  यह मूल्य बिना सेंट्रल एक्साइज , बिना कस्टम ड्यूटी और कई टैक्स के है।

अब  जी एस टी लगने के बाद यही 100 रूपए की चीज़ 124 रूपए मेँ मिलेगी यानि लगभग 100 रूपए की खरीद पर 40 रूपए का लाभ पहले के मुकाबले।  इंस्पैक्टर राज़ ख़तम होगा।  पक्के धन की बढ़ोतरी होगी।  जिससे आम जनता अधिक टैक्स देगी।  अधिक टैक्स का मतलब अधिक देश और देश बासियों कि अधिक  प्रगति होगी।

A boy from a countryside i.e. village went to attend an interview in an MNC.

When he was attending the interview, the managing director of the company asked:

" Where do you see after 5 years?"

The young rustic boy replied quickly pointing towards the MD's chair:

"There sir."

The Managing Director had never imagined this quick and abrupt reply from the simple looking boy. The reply shook him from within but he regained the composure and dared to speak:

How can we achieve what is dreamed?

In the sky, two sparrows - one small and one big - say young and elder ones were flying. They were enjoying the flight.  Right at that time, an airplane crossed them. The young one felt the fear and was surprised to see the airplane.

The young sparrow asked the elder wise one: What was this that crossed us? It looked like us. But its speed was enormous, may be 10 times faster than that of ours.

"Didn't you notice the smoke, the big sparrow was leaving behind?"

"Yes, that I did", said the young sparrow.

"It was ignition that propelled the big sparrow (airplane)", replied the elder sparrow.

"What is ignition?", asked the young little sparrow.

"Oh! you don't know ignition. It is the fire in the belly. No sparrow can gain speed without ignition."

So, dears, without passion i.e. fire in the belly, to achieve any dream in life is not possible. Dream is not what you dream while you sleep, but it is what you dream with open eyes and closed eyes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week till it becomes a reality. This is also referred to as : Creative Visualization.

सोच बदलो

संसार बदलो 

1 . भावनाओं को बदला जा सकता है , कोशिश करने से।  जैसे हे आप अपनी भावनाएँ यानी feelings बदलेंगे बैसे ही आपके बिचार बदलने शुरू हो जायेंगे।  जैसे ही बिचार नकारत्मक बिचार सकारत्मक बिचारों में बदलने शुरू हुए आप की जिंदगी आप के सपनों की जिंदगी बननी शुरू हो जाएगी।  

2 इंसान को यदि एक कंप्यूटर समझ जाये तो दिमाग एक सॉफ्टवेर की तरह है।  सॉफ्ट बेयर को रिप्रोग्राम किया जा सकता है , शरीर इसी सॉफ्टवेर के जरिये चलता।  फर्क कंप्यूटर के सॉफ्टवेर और दिमाग का यह है कि कंप्यूटर के सॉफ्टवेर की सीमा होती है कंप्यूटर की सीमा होती है जैसे 400 GB आदि परंतु इंसानी दिमाग की कोई सीमा नहीं है।  इसकी कैपेसिटी का अंत नहीं है।  इसलिए यदि सुख चाहिए तो लिख कर देखिये कि मुझे चाहिए क्या फिर इस पर सोचते जाईये और लिखते जाईये।  अधिकतर बार ऐसा होता है कि हम अपनी सोचने की ऊर्जा ऐसे बिचारों पर लगाते हैँ जो हम असली जिंदगी में पसंद तक नहीं करते। 

3 रोबर्ट एच शूलर , एक बहुत बड़े पॉजिटिव थिंकर जाने जाते है।  उनका कहना है : नकारत्मक बिचारों की फ़ौज को मन में से भगाने के लिए मन में एक सकारत्मक बिचार का प्रवेश काफी है। 

यह तो उसी तरह है जैसे एक कमरे में पूर्ण अँधेरा है और छोटा बच्चा उस कमरे ,में प्रवेश करने से घबरा रहा है परंतु उसके पिता या घर के किसी बड़े ने उसे एक छोटा सा दिया जलाकर कमरे में प्रवेश करने के लिए कहा।  बच्चा अब दिया लेकर कमरे में बेझिझक चला गया।  डर तो उसके मन में आया ही नहीं। 

4. इसी तरह से नकारत्मक बिचार इंसान को जीवन में आगे बढ़ने से रोकते है।  प्रगति में सबसे बड़ी रुकाबट हमारा बीते हुए भूत काल की यादें होती है।  क्या हम उन पर आज फोकस करें तो उनमे कोई बदलाब ला सकते हैं? नहीं कभी नहीं।  तो दिमागी ऊर्जा उन पर लगाने का क्या लाभ?

एक टीचर ने इसी तथ्य को बच्चों को समझाना चाहा।  उसने बच्चों को कहा कि अपने किताबों के थैले में एक दो आलू रख कर आना।  जब जहाँ यह आलू आपके ठेले में ही रहें।  बच्चे मान गए।  परंतु 5 -7 दिन के बाद आलुयों में से बदबू आने लगी।  दर के मारे बच्चे टीचर को बताते नहीं।  परंतु एक बच्चे ने हिम्मत की और बोला : मास्टरजी अब तो और सहन नहीं होता , आलुयों में से बहुत बदबू आ रही है। 

मास्टर मुस्कराया और बोला : आप आलुयों की बदबू 7 दिन बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पाए परंतु जो अपने भूतकाल में घाटी घटनायों की बदबू अपने मन में लिए हो और जो आपका आज और आने वाला कल बर्बाद कर रहा है उसके बारे में सोचा है क्या कभी।  आलू फ़ेंक डोज बदबू चले जाएगी परंतु भूतकाल की यादों से छुटकारा पाने पर भभिस्यए में सफलता की रफ़्तार तेज हो जाएगी। अपने दिमागी बस्ते को भूतकाल की बदबू से भी तो खली करो।  हाँ भूतकाल के महक को अपनी शक्ति बनाये रखो। 

5 . विचार शक्ति  : जिंदगी में योजनाबद्ध सोचना भी एक कला है। बहुत से लोग एक ही समय पर 

बहुत कुछ सोचते है और सभी पर सफलता पाना चाहते है जिसका अंत केवल तनाब यानि स्ट्रेस ही रह जाता है।  एक समय पर एक काम सोचने और करने के लिए फोकस करने से सफलता की रफ़्तार बढ़ जाती है।  कैसे :

एक बार एक गांव से एक लड़का शहर में इंटरव्यू के लिए आया. कंपनी केMD ने पूछा :

आप अपने आपको 5 साल के बाद कहाँ देखते हो मेरा अर्थ है कि 5 साल बाद आप अपने को कहाँ सोच कर बैठे हो। 

लड़का मुस्कराया और बोला : आपकी सीट पर 

MD ने ऐसे उत्तर की अपेक्षा नहीं की थी।  

बह झुळझुळ कर बोला : तो मैं कहाँ जायूँगा। 

लड़का बोला : सर आपने अपने लिए अगले 5 बर्ष के लिए प्लान ही नहीं किया ?

लड़का तो सलेक्ट हो गया।  यह है क्लैरिटी ऑफ़ थॉट।  कई लोग सारी सारी उम्र अपने बारे में नहीं जान पाते कि उन्हें पहुँचाना कहाँ है।  लिख कर , डेट डाल कर सोचिये।  यह आपका गोल बन जायेगा और आप इसे प्राप्त भी कर लेंगे। 

6 Fire in the belly : आसमान साफ़ था।  मौसम सुहाना था।  दो चिड़ियों ने उस आसमान में उड़ कर सुहाने मौसम का आनंद लेना चाहा।  दोनों ने आसमान में उड़ना शुरू किया।  जब बह दोनों उड़ रही थीं उसी समय उनके नजदीक से एक जहाज धुयाँ छोड़ता हुआ गुजर गया गया।  

छोटी चिड़िया ने बड़ी चिड़िया से पूछा : यह क्या था ? लगता तो हमारे जैसा था परंतु स्पीड में हमारे से कई गुना ज्यादा। मेरे ख्याल में ये एक बड़ी चिड़िया थी। 

बड़ी चिड़िया मुस्कराई और बोली : बुधु यह चिड़िया नहीं जहाज था।  

छोटी चिड़िया ने फिर हैरान से पूछा : परंतु ये हमारे से तेज कैसे उड़ रही थी ?

बड़ी चिड़िया ने उत्तर दिया : तूने उसके पीछे धुयाँ नहीं देखा।  इसे इग्निशन कहते है यानि अंदर पेट्रोल जल रहा है और उसका धुयाँ बाहर निकल रहा है यही इसे स्पीड देता है। 

छोटी चिड़िया जैसे सब  समझ गयी हो ने कहा : अच्छा ! ऐसा है?

इसी तरह से जिस इंसान के अंदर अपनी मंज़िल पाने के सपनों का इग्निशन होता है और अपने सपनो के लिए जी तोड़ म्हणत करता , बह कभी अपनी मंज़िल पाने में पीछे नहीं रहता।  अपने आप से प्यार, अपने पर भरोसा, सही दिशा में ईमानदारी से परिश्रम इंसान को उसकी मंज़िल पर पहुंचा ही देती है , कोई रोक नहीं सकता। 

असफलता जैसा कोई शब्द नहीं।  जब हम किसी काम में फेल होते है तो ज्ञान तो बटोर ही लेते हैं।

गाइडंस  (Guidance )



भारत में शिक्षा खर्चीली है।  यह यथार्थ की बजाय एक दिमागी पहाड़ अधिक है।  जबकि शिक्षा एक ऐसी इन्वेस्टमेंट है जो बच्चे के लिए बरदान है।

A child without education is like a bird without wings.

एक 

अशिक्षित बच्चाबैसे है जैसे  बिना परों के पक्षी। 

Education i s a better guard of liberty than standing army.

सेना की बजाये शिक्षा बेहतर मानसिक आज़ादी प्रदान करती है। 

Educating a child today is preparing the child for tomorrow i.e. future.

 बच्चे को आज पढ़ाने का अर्थ है उसका भविष्य संबारना। 

It is education that enables a child to travel the entire world with least  spending  More world can be visited and understood through reading books.

शिक्षित इंसान कम खर्च से दुनिया की सैर कर सकता है।  अधिक दुनिया किताबें पढ़ कर समझी जा सकती है। 

अब एक केस स्टडी। 

5 -7 बर्ष पहले एक करियाना (grocer ) आया और कहने लगा :

आज के महंगाई के युग में 

परिवार पालना और बच्चों की पढ़ाई बहुत ही खर्चीला काम है। 

प्रोफेसर साहिब ने पूछा यह आप क्यों कह रहे हैं ?

ग्रोसर बोला :

 साहिब मेरी तीन बेटियां हैं।  बड़ी  12 बीं मे पढ़ रही है , उससे छोटी 10 बीं में और उससे छोटी 9 बीं क्लास में।  मैं बड़ी मुश्किल से 15000 रूपए महीना कमा पाता हूँ।  मैं हमेशा चिंतित रहता हूँ की इनकी शादी कैसे कर पायूँगा। 

यह सब उसने एक ही सांस मैं कह दिया।  जिससे पता चलता था कि बह कितना परेशान है। 

प्रोफेसर साहिब बोले : आप अपनी बड़ी बेटी को मेरे पास भेजना। 

ठीक साहिब , बह बोला। 

कुछ दिनों के बाद उसकी बड़ी बेटी और ग्रोसर आप आया। 

बेटी ने बताया कि बह  12 बीं क्लास Non -Medical में कर रही है और उसके बाद B.Sc करेगी। 

बिलकुल सही , आप B.Sc करने के बाद मेरे पास आना और आगे की पढ़ाई के लिए में आपको गाइड कर दूंगा।  परंतु B.Sc में कम से कम 50 % नंबर जरूर लेना। 

उसके 3 -4 साल बाद बह लड़की अपने पिता के साथ आई।  उसने B.Sc. 66 % नम्बरों से पास की थी। 

प्रोफेसर ने  दी।  

अब आगे की क्या प्लान है।  लड़की ने अभी बोलना ही था उससे पहले उसका पिता बोला : अच्छा सा लड़का देख इसकी शादी करेंगे।  

इस उत्तर से लड़की के चेहरे पर उदासी छा गई।  

प्रोफेसर ने लड़की से पूछा : बेटी आप क्या करना चाहती हो ?

"मैं आगे पड़ना चाहती हूँ "

पिता से पूछा : आप इसकी शादी पर कितने पैसे लगायोगे 

पिता बोला : 2 -3 लाख लगा ही दूंगा। 

"ठीक है आप केवल 50000 रूपए दें और यह MBA कर लेगी। MBA करने से इसको अच्छी नौकरी मिल जाएगी और यह साड़ी उम्र आपकी सहायता करेगी "

पिता हैरान था कि क्या ऐसा हो सकता है ?

प्रोफेसर ने लड़की को कहा , आप MAT की तैयारी करो।  MAT (Management Aptitude Test ) होता है जिससे MBA में एडमिशन मिलती है।  

प्रोफेसर ने अंग्रेजी बोलना लिखना सीखाया। 

लड़की MAT पास कर गयी।

उसके बाद उसने MBA के लिए क्वालीफाइंग टेस्ट जैसे GD , PT ,ST  आदि पास कर लिए। 

पिता ने जो 50000 रूपए दिए थे उनसे कालिज को फीस का एडवांस दे दिया। 

कालिज ने प्रोविजनल एडमिशन लैटर भेज दिया।  

यह लेटर लगा कर और कई डॉक्यूमेंट लगा कर बैंक से एजुकेशन लोन ले लिया।  बड़ी आसानी से लोन मिल गया। 

2 साल होस्टल में रह कर लड़की ने MBA कर ली और एक कंपनी ने कैंपस इंटरव्यू में उसे स्लैक्ट कर लिया। 

कुछ साल उस कंपनी मैं काम करने के बाद उस लड़की की ऑस्ट्रेलिया मैं काम करने बाले लड़के से शादी हो गई।  

कुछ साल बाद उसकी बहने भी ऑस्ट्रेलिया चली गई।  पिता और माता भारत में हैं और बहुत खुश हैं कि उनकी तीनों बेटियां खुश हैं।  प्रोफेसर का धन्यवाद करते है। 

बैंक लोन तो 7 साल में ख़त्म हो जायेगा परंतु MBA की डिग्री और उससे मिला मान सामान तो हमेशा  ही रहेगी। बिना लोन के पिता हो सकता उन बच्चों की पढ़ाई 12 बी में ही बंद कर देता।  बच्चों का भविष्य 99 % माता पिता द्वारा हौसला और आर्थिक सहायता देने से होता है।  कोई दूसरा इतना बच्चों का भविष्य इतना परभाभित नहीं कर पता जितना माता पिता का हौसला।

यदि आपकी  स्थिति अच्छी नहीं है तब भी बैंक एजुकेशन लोन लेकर बच्चे को काबिल बनायो।  बच्चा कमाई करके  लोन बापिस लोटा देगा।  उसका साथ केवल  माँ बाप  और अपनों ने ही देना है किसी और ने नहीं।  पढ़ाई से ज्ञान बढ़ता है।   

असली धन 

धन बह इकठा करो जो तुम्हारी रक्षा करे। 

न की बह जिसकी रक्षा तुम्हे करनी पड़े।

भारत में मकान कैसे बनायें ?

किरायेदारों  के लिए खुशखबरी।

जैसे ही मकान की बात करें तो मन घबरा जाता है।  मन मैं बड़े भयानक डरावने विचार आने शुरू हो जाते हैं।  क्योंकि हमने ऐसे लोगों से मकान बनाने की नकारत्मक अनुभव सुने होते हैं।  यह अनुभव कैसे होते हैं :
1 . मकान बनाना बहुत ही कठिन काम है।
2 . मकान बनाने के लिए मजदूर सही नहीं मिलते हैं।
3 . मज़दूर तंग बहुत करते हैं।
4 . बनाने बाले मिस्री मकान बनाने से पहले लागत 1०००  रूपए बताएं तो असलियत में 5000 रूपए लगते हैं।
5 . जीवन भर की कमाई लग गई परंतु मकान अभी भी पूरा नहीं बना।

यह कुछ ऐसी बातें हैं जिनको सुन कर जिसके पास मकान नहीं है  उसका अपना घर बनाने का हौसला ही टूट जाता है।  इस लेख को पड़ने के बाद आप का मन अपना घर बनाने के लिए उत्साहित हो जायेगा और आप अपने छोटे से बजट में भी अपना छोटा सा मकान बना कर अपने मां बाप या अपने बीबी बच्चों के साथ हंसी ख़ुशी और सुख से मालिक की तरह जीवन जी सकेंगे।

मान लें आप की तनखाह या इनकम 10000 रूपए महीना है।  एक साल मैं आप ने 1.20 लाख रूपए कमाए।  और आप किराये पर रह कर कम से कम 2500 रूपए किराया दे रहे हैं।  यानि एक साल में 30000 रूपए किराया देते हैं।  तो क्या करें :

1 . आधार कार्ड दे कर अपना इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट मैं रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाएं और पैन (PAN) कार्ड बनबाये।
2 . घबराएं नहीं पैन (PAN) कार्ड कोई आप से इनकम टैक्स नहीं मांगता।  यह आधार कार्ड की तरह ही है।
3 . इस पैन (PAN) कार्ड के बाद इनकम टैक्स की रिटर्न भरें।  रिटर्न भरने का मतलब यह नहीं कि आप ने इनकम टैक्स भी भरना।  इनकम टैक्स तभी भरा जाता है जब आप की इनकम मिनिमम आय से अधिक हो।  2015 -16 साल के लिए यह सीमा 2. 70 लाख है।  रिटर्न भरने से पहले इस सीमा की दोबारा कन्फर्म करलें।
4 . अब एक छोटा सा 25 गज से 100 गज का जमीन का टुकड़ा खरीदें।  इसकी रजिस्ट्री करवाएं।
5 . अब इस रजिस्ट्री को बैंक में दे कर , मकान बनाने के लिए लोन लें।  यह लोन किश्तों में 10 , 15 ,20 या 30 साल में बापिस  किया जा सकता है।  लोन की किश्त 1000 रूपए प्रति 1 लाख के करीब है।  बाकि आप खुद बैंक से पूछ सकते हैं।

इस तरह से जो किराया आप दे रहे हैं बही किश्त दे कर आप अपने मकान के मालिक बन सकते हैं।

अपने मकान में रहने के फायदे :
1 . मकान मालिक का दखल बंद।
2 . आपकी मानसिक स्थिति अधिक स्थिर और खुशनुमा होगी। घर के माहौल में ख़ुशी बढ़ेगी।
3 . जैसे जैसे बच्चे बड़े होंगे आप उनकी जरूरत के लिए मकान में कमरों की बढ़ोती  कर सकते हैं।
4 . बच्चे अपना मन अपनी पढ़ाई पर लगा सकेंगे।
5 . जब तक आप की किश्तें ख़त्म होंगी तब तक आपके मकान की मार्किट वैल्यू कम से कम तीन गुना बाद जाएगी।

आप अपना मकान बनाएंगे और उसमे रहेंगे तो सुख से ब्लॉगर को याद रखेंगे।  यही ब्लॉगर की ख़ुशी है।  
भला = लाभ     आपका भला ब्लॉगर का लाभ है।  करें ! करने से जिंदगी बदलती है।      सोच बदलें संसार बदलेगा।       बहरी संसार तो हमेशा से एक ही रहा है , रहेगा  केवल आंतरिक संसार बदलता है।  आदतें सुधरने से जीवन सुधर जाता है।  सदगुण इंसान को अर्श पर पहुंच देते हैं।

लघु कथा , बृहद शिक्षा 

समुद्र के किनारे खड़ा एक व्यक्ति  समुद्र से आने वाली लहरों को देख रहा था।

लहरों का पानी समुद्र के किनारे से बाहर आ जाता और यह व्यक्ति उसे अपनी मुठि में भर कर फिर समुन्दर में फेंक देता।

यह नज़ारा समुन्दर के किनारे सैर करने बाले हर रोज़ देखते। 

कुछ बड़बड़ाते : शायद यह दिमागी तौर पर ठीक नहीं है?

दूसरे कहते :  यह पागल लगता है , घर के सदस्य इसे घर पर बरदाश्त नहीं करते  इस लिए समुन्दर के किनारे पर आ कर लहरों को बापिस फेंकता रहता है। 

इसी तरह के अंदाज़े बहुत से सैर करने बाले युवक और युवतियां लगाती।  वहुत से बच्चे उस व्यक्ति को देखते और अपने  माता पिता से तरह तरह के सवाल पूछते।  माता पिता भी जो मन आता बह उत्तर दे देते। 

इसी तरह से कई दिन बीत गए और सैर करने बाले भी मनगढ़न्त कहानियां अपने बच्चों को सुनाते रहे। 

एक दिन एक उत्सुक युवक ने हौसला करके उस व्यक्ति से  पूछा :

आप समुन्दर की लहरों को बापिस समुन्दर में क्यों फेकतें हैं ?   बड़ा अज़ीब सा लगता है।  क्या आप इस का उत्तर देंगे?

समुद्र के किनारे खड़ा व्यक्ति मुस्कराया और बोला : 

आप और दूसरे सैर करने बाले व्यक्ति जो सोचते हैं वैसा कुछ भी नहीं है।  बास्तव में  मैं एक मुठी भरता हूँ और समुन्दर में फ़ेंक देंता हूँ।  उस मुठी में  चार पाँच  घोंगे भी दोबारा समुन्दर में चले जाते हैं।  इस तरह मैं इन घोंगों की जान बचा लेता हूँ।  जो घोंगे समुन्दर की लहरों के साथ बहार आ जाते हैं और किनारे पर पड़े रहते हैं वह अपना जीवन खो देते हैं। 

इस पर युवक ने कहा : इससे कोई अधिक अंतर तो नही पड़ता। 

समुन्दर किनारे खड़े व्यक्ति ने उत्तर दिया :       सभी ऐसा  ही सोचते हैं और जो कर सकते हैं बह भी यही सोच कर नहीं करते  ,

लेकिन यह जो संसार है एक समुन्दर की तरह है और हम सभी का जीवन उन इंसानों की दें है जो जब से संसार बना है ने  छोटी छोटी कोशिशों की।

 अधिकतर इंसान बड़ी बड़ी उप्लाब्दियों के इंतज़ार में जीवन विता देते हैं  जबकि जीवन का सार तो छोटी छोटी  उपलव्दी में होता है। 

युवक इस उत्तर से बहुत प्रभाभित हुआ और उसे नमस्कार करके चला गया। 

फिर कभी उसने उसे  "पागल" की संज्ञा नहीं दी।  जब भी गुजरता तो उसे मुस्कराहट दे कर गुजरता।

आशाबादी बनें, लंबी उम्र जिएं।

आशाबादी बेहतर और लंबा जीवन जीते हैं  यह हॉर्वर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी अमेरिका की एक स्टडी ने सिद्ध किया है।  यह स्टडी कम रिसर्च 2004 से 2012 तक 70000 महिलायों के अध्ययन से प्राप्त हुई।  आशाबादी इन्सान सोचता है कि जो कुछ होगा बह अच्छा ही होगा।  इसके बिपरीत निराशाबादी सोच के इंसान  मानसिक कल्पनायों के कारण अपने जीवन को सकुंचित कर लेते हैं और उनकी आयु भी काम होती है। 

Mistakes

गलतियाँ

गलतियां जीवन में सीख दे कर सुधार लाती हैं
लेकिन बार बार एक ही तरह की गलती करने से गलती करना दृढ़ हो जाती है
और यह मूर्खता का धोतक है।  

Life

जीवन एक सफर है।  

इस सफर के शायद दो भाग हैं। 

इन दो भागों  के बीच एक पड़ाव है शायद।  

यह मेरे अनुभव हैं।  

पहला भाग बचपन से शादी और बच्चों को पढ़ाना लिखाना और शादी करना। 

दूसरा उसके बाद का दादा दादी का रोल निभाना। 

हाँ जीवन केवल दुखों का ही घर नहीं है। 

या केवल सुखों से भरा ही नहीं है। 

जीवन दुखो और सुखों का मेल जोल ही है।  

यह नहीं कि हमेशा ही जीवन दुखी रहेगा 

और दूसरी तरफ यह भी सही नहीं है कि जीवन सुखों का बाग़ है। 

जैसे हर गुलाब के फूल के साथ कांटे होते हैं बैसे ही  जीवन में सुख के साथ दुःख होते हैं। 

जिसे हम आज दुःख या बुरी घड़ी समझते है , बीत जाने के बाद बह एक याद बन कर रह जाता है। 

जीवन जितना सरल और सादा हो उतना ही अधिक सुखदाई रहता है। 

बुरी आदतें और पंचभूत (काम, क्रोध ,मोह, लोभ, अहंकार ) इंसान का पतन कर देती हैं।  इनसे हमेशा साबधान रहना चाहिए।  सतर्क रहना चाहिए।  

यह मेरा हिंदी में पहला ब्लॉग है।  पड़ने के लिए धन्यबाद।  मैं अंग्रेजी जानता हूँ अंग्रेजी लिखता हूँ।  हिंदी के लिए गूगल टूल का प्रयोग करता हूँ।  गलतियों के लिए क्षमा करें।

It appears that I could not understand "how Adsense works" and could not monetize for the past over 8 years since the time I have been blogging.

Please help to activate my " Adsense Account" which is already with GOOGLe.

Google may place any good advertisements on my blog. No pornography or indecent advertisement, please.

And on the other hand, fixed remuneration may be paid and I and my team will blog in Hindi hence forth.

Thank you for your notice. I am 59 and don't know about computer as when I got education, there was no computers. Hence, I don't know about cookies. I use the computer at internet cafe or at other places or friends. I don't have my own computer. I have been blogging for the past over 8 years but not a single dime has been received.

Advertisement is not needed. My work is confined to Ludhiana city only. Why do I need advertisement throughout world? 

Yes I can blog in Hindi but fixed remuneration should be there. I wish to work as a Freelancer. No service or target.

One thing is more, the comment tab should be "disabled" so that no body may comment filthily and post unwanted pornography.

This is blog of a professor. For a professor, all the readers throughout world are students irrespective of caste, creed, color or nationality.  I don't allow any wrong element cross the street  but on the sites I write, hackers hack and post filthy pictures and this troubles. I don't know about computers. In my mobile phone, there were about 500 photographs, 450 were removed. I feel I am slave to mobiles and internet. I insert pamphlets and my phone is blocked and response is zero.

So, in nutshell,
1. I can blog in Hindi but on remuneration. or it should be FREE so that I may not expect anything.
2. Comment"be disabled".
3. I don't know what is cookies. I just open and type.

I have a problem. Please help.

1. Thank you for your 15GB cloud space Free of cost.
2. Now my account mpi789@gmail.com is showing usages of 102% and no email is being received since 6th October, 2016.
3. I tried to buy 1 TB by using my Rupay Debit card but the billing section did not accept it. The amount was Rs. 650/-.
4. I went to bank and the bank told me that only Rupay card is issued in India. Master Card or Visa Card have been discontinued.
5. Under the circumstances, please let me know how can I make a payment of Rs. 650/- for availing 1 TB space.
6. I shall be grateful to you for this.

ICFMCF-16 at IIT Madras

                                                    

I was invited by IIT, Madras to participate in International Conference on Financial Markets and Corporate Finance on 12 and 13th August, 2016.

I attended the conference.

It was an  excellent learning experience to listen to the erudite professors from the USA.

More than 200 Ph.D students presented their papers and their presentations were conducted in hall 1 to VIII of IIT, Madras.

What drew my attention was :

1. The ambiance was excellent. It was just like passing through a safari.

2. The deer, the monkeys were moving freely on the roads and administrative department.

3. The statue of elephants were there on the circle near to our conference hall.

This all made me think more. I inferred from this:

1. The learner in IIT, Madras will develop a heart of tolerance for technology and natural habitat and love for animals. And this learning will make her/him a person to retain balance in technological advancements and natural habitat.

2. Planet earth belongs to animals, birds and humans alike.

3. Elephant is an epitome of strength and love. The man should  develop a personality like elephant and not like lion. Elephant moves in busy cities and children do not fear but enjoy its ride. People come and touch and feel good. Same should be our personality.          Contrary to this: lion is an epitome of power.

When lion roars, all the animals in the jungle feel threatened and start running. No animal comes near to lion fearing that it can prey on the animal.

And lion, though considered strong, dies starved and alone.   Similarly, the humans who wield power of wealth or any thing else do not leave a legacy but leave the world isolated and alone.

Lion though considered powerful lives and dies always wanting. Lion does not enjoy the life, but takes it as a race and keep running and in the end too feels exhausted and frustrated.

So, the virtues of elephant should be imbibed in one's personality. This is what I learnt from those statues.
