Business Mentoring

MENTORING BOOSTS RESULTS

Well educated people develop lot of inner fears and phobias about the real world and are unable to launch their own ventures.

They are surrounded by the people who have failed in ventures and lives. The weak talks and detailed losers’ experiences impact the minds of the well educated and experienced people that these brilliant brains are unable to take bold steps and contribute to the society. Their intellect remains caged due to these imaginary fears and phobia. Once these mental hurdles are overcome with the help of a good mentor, the same person, same circumstances, same education and skills turn into great successes.

Here below is a case of grand success by  a young boy aged 35 years mentored by me.

  1. In July, 2012 I guess, a young bachelor aged about 35 connected me on Linkedin.
  2. His qualification is MBA, M.Com., PGDHR, PGDCA, LLB.
  3. He had worked as Advocate in a High Court, Lecturer to MBA.
  4. He was working in July 2012 as Vice President to a company.
  5. Linkedin connection turned into personal relationship and mobile phones were exchanged.
  6. Then one day, he told me that another company is offering double the pay.
  7. My quick reply was : Why don’t you start your own venture? You are so much qualified.
  8. He expressed lots of limitations and weaknesses and major weakness was finance.
  9. I assured him that when you have the skill finance cannot be a limitation. Just start. It took many rounds of discussion to convince him “YOU CAN DO”.
  10. He started: Education, Training, Placement and Consultancy.
  11. In between he came to meet me in person. His cousin was with me.
  12. I told him that you are a great mind. Don’t waste your mind by working as salaried person. Use your creative mind for your own venture.
  13. When he returned to his place, he told me over telephone that all the relatives and family members now recognize me as intelligent person. It is only due to your few words and appreciation sir. They never recognized my qualification and intelligent. I thank you from the core of my heart. He had come to attend marriage.
  14. I told him: I am a mentor and to speak positive words  is my first dharma (religious duty). To make the young people realize their potential through my words is my skill and personal duty too.
  15. Yesterday, I received an email from this mentored bachelor which says: Started with 30k a year back, the organization has turnover of 5000 k with about 20 direct and indirect employees. Thank you for your identifying my potential, sir. I really thank you. I may become a millionaire or billionaire but I will never forget you.
  16. Then he spoke to me on phone and I just blessed him and wished him to work more and more and get married too. He laughed a lot.
  17. I am going to be 56 and have recently completed my MBA and am going to join Ph.D in January 2015 in Strategic Management.
  18. I was thinking just 20 calls and many emails made this venture and person successful, happy and self-fulfilling. Qualification is a small car stuck in a quagmire and mentoring is like a big trucker that can pull that car out of the mud. Once the car is out of the mud, the car owner thanks the trucker driver for the help and car runs, runs and runs for many years without any hurdle.
  19. He is progressing. Now nothing can stop him.
  20. I am feeling happy that I have been able to make a person realize his dreams.
  21. In my entire life, if I am able to mentor 100 young men and they employ 100 people each and mentor other 100 people each it will be 10000 people earning bread and 10000 people mentored by them starting their own ventures. In case they employ at least 20 people (directly or indirectly) which is easy in India total 200 k people will become respectful bread earners. If those 200 k people each had 5 people in their families 1000 k will be enjoying. What a great contribution to the society! Support my vision. This is possible.
  22. More the ventures, better the economy. My life will be become worth. I will be happy without money.  It is better not to give fish but to train the person "how to fish." The person will never demand fish from you. Both will become independent and support each other.

Happiness

Possessions are a poor measure of happiness.

Possessions are subjective and relative to the individual and the individual's viewpoint. Instead, we will use a philosophy as an example.

This philosophy is about enjoying things you like, avoiding or changing things you do not like, and accepting what you cannot avoid or change by the skillful use of your viewpoint.

The use of this philosophy, as embodied in the five rules, will allow you to test many problem areas in your life and find solutions. With this philosophy, you will be well on your way on your pursuit of happiness.

Rule Number One:

If You Like a Thing, Enjoy It.

Now that seems outrageously simple. At first you might say, "That's ridiculous, of course if I like something I'm going to enjoy it." But when you stop to think about it you'll probably agree that there are many things in life that we like but don't enjoy. The reasons we don't enjoy things we like are (a) guilt, and (b) fear. You will not enjoy something you like if you feel guilty after having done the thing, or if you are fearful of the consequences of doing it.

Rule Number Two:

If You Don't Like a Thing, Avoid It.

The second rule seems simple enough, but reflect for a moment on how many people are involved with things they do not like -- a job, a person, a vehicle, a type of food, any one of a thousand things -- and for some reason they don't avoid those things. "Well, I can't avoid it. I have to work there because I need the money." Or, "I have to be involved with this person for many valid reasons." How many justifications can you think of for not avoiding the things you do not like to do?

Rule Number Three:

If You Don't Like a Thing, and You Cannot Avoid It, Change It.

Here again, the answer is simple: change it. But just as in avoidance we rationalize that we need something about it -- the money, the time, the security -- something is holding you to that particular thing if you don't like it, cannot avoid it, won't change it, but are still involved with it.

Rule Number Four:

If You Don't Like a Thing, Cannot Avoid It, and Cannot or will Not Change It, Accept It.

Acceptance -- now there is a catch. How can you accept something you don't like? How in the world do you accept something that is 'unacceptable'? How do you accept a situation that you're not happy with? How do you accept a person that you're not happy with? Well, you really don't have to accept anything; you can, of course, be unhappy. If you don't like it, won't change it, cannot avoid it, and will not accept it, I guarantee that you will be unhappy. There are, however, five rules to the secret of happiness, and within the fifth lies the key.

Rule Number Five:

You Accept a Thing By Changing Your Attitude Towards It.

You are the result of your viewpoints and attitudes. Everything is relative to the person experiencing it. There are no absolutes -- nothing is good, nothing bad, except as it relates to you. Nor is life good or bad. Life simply is. You change those things you wish by changing your viewpoint about them.

Mind Power News

Top 20+ Mind-Expanding Movies

If you are looking for an outstanding movie that you have not yet seen, then this is an article for you. The following is a collection of inspirational movies -- some spiritual, others just hard facts coated with good acting:

Peaceful Warrior

Gives a great look at the importance of living in the now, and sheds light on the role that the mind can play in clouding your inner guidance. Shows the limitless potential we all carry, while emphasizing that there is more to life than just what we have and what we chase in the form of materials and success. Based on the true story of Dan Millman.

The Matrix

Gives a great representation of exactly what we are to the Elite of the world –batteries. We fuel their entire matrix and designed system. Perhaps even more profound is how this film reveals what it is like to awaken and step out of The Matrix into the real world. Only the minds stories and your ego are what limit you.

Equilibrium

What would happen if your government created a medication that stopped you from feeling? This is what is explored in this film and it eerily is accurate to our world and how we have become drones to the system simply going to work and doing tasks not ever feeling what is outside of it. What happens when one breaks free?

Lord of War

Sheds light on the truth behind the arms industry, showing the government's prominent role in the distribution and sale of weapons. Shows how the government covers up this distribution and uses it to further promote violence and fear throughout the world.
They Live
A very accurate depiction of the Extraterrestrial presence that is ruling our planet. They Live sheds light on how a secret group of reptilian ET's are at the top of our elite and are creating a frequency on the planet that keeps us all blind from the truth and from seeing who they truly are. It also sheds light on much of the control the Elite has over various structures.

V For Vendetta

Shows some of the corruption in the various levels of government, and how we are kept hidden from the truth. Ultimately also gives glimpses of the intention behind the New World Order, and how all it takes is a collective awakening and refusal to abide to bring an end to their power and control.

Eyes Wide Shut

A look into what Illuminati and masonic rituals are like. This film was modeled after real events. Kubrick's goal in this film was to expose what was happening with the Elite in this world. Kubrick was apparently killed for the release of this film shortly after approving the final cut that was released in theaters.

La Belle Vert (The Green Beautiful)

Shows the interconnectedness we all share, and how far off the human experience on earth has drifted from that. Focuses on the simplicity and peace that inherently comes from a planet based on love and oneness.

Fight Club

At the end it shows how the complete collapse of the financial and debt structures in place. Which is part of what will be required to shift the consciousness of the planet. Also shows the role the mind can play, and how easily it can mask itself as our true and only experience.

Revolver

An awesome movie with a lot of truth in it that is often not seen in film. This movie breaks down what the Ego truly is and how it plays a role in enslaving us. It very accurately depicts the role of the ego and how powerful it can be in this experience. All of this is done with a great story anyone would enjoy.

1984

Shows the government's ability and desire to easily re-write history and ultimately control everything that we say, think and feel. Also uses a reversal of freedom and love-based words to enforce a heavily controlled reality, where power rests in the hands of few. Also shows how fear alone is enough to keep people not only supporting but in promotion of the system that keeps them enslaved.

Conversations With God

Shows the relationship and connectedness we all have with our inner guidance/ higher self. Also gives a framework for how life naturally falls into place when connected, and how the mind can play a definitive role in disconnecting us from it.

Metropolis

Shows the enslavement of the masses for the benefit of the few, and the desired separation that exists between the two classes. So much so that the enslaved have no understanding of what they are up keeping, and the benefactors have no appreciation or connectedness to those that they benefit from.

Blood Diamond

Sheds light on the corruption and hardship incurred in certain parts of the world to provide unnecessary luxuries to those in the developed world. Also shows how this truth is controlled and hidden from those who keep the industry intact through praise and value.

Avatar

A film involving consciousness and how we are all connected as one to each other, the planet and the animal kingdom. Avatar also has a striking resemblance to the actual reptilian take over of earth. In the films case humans create a hybrid body to mingle and manipulate the Na'vi race much like what has happened here on earth.

The Wizard of Oz

Shows one of the control systems most heavily utilized tactics, which is to blow their control and power out of proportion. Making them seem larger and more powerful then they truly are (the small wizard behind the curtain).

K-Pax

This is a story of a "drop in" which is an Extraterrestrial who takes on a human physicality to have an experience on earth. Prote, the main character, has come from his planet and into a human body to observe and take back information about the experience of earth.

Fire In The Sky

This film is based on a true story of an alien abduction. Not much more needs to be said other than, it's a true story and many cases like this exist.

Mr. Destiny

A comedic and light-hearted film that introduces the idea of timelines, ultimately showing that as unpleasant as one's current reality may seem, it is always that which is best for soul growth and experience.

A Scanner Darkly

Featuring some cameo appearances by Alex Jones, this film dives into the drug world and how the government and the very people appointed to stop drug use and sales get caught up in the scene and are often the suppliers.

Knowing

This film has some great bits of truth in it that involve ETs and light beings who are choosing to assist various individuals in an apocalyptic time with rebuilding a new life on another planet. This was a potential scenario that had dissolved in reality.

Ambition to Meaning

This is a film made by Dr. Wayne Dyer and is based on some of his books. It is a great depiction of 3 different stories that all intertwine with one another. This film is geared towards spreading the message of shifting ones consciousness to create a new and more expanded life.

What Dreams May Come

Sheds light on the fact that we can sometimes create what appears as a periodic afterlife for ourselves based on what we believed while living. We remain in this afterlife until we figure our how to move beyond it and reincarnate again.

Waking Life

Are dreams as real as reality? The film looks at dreams and how they can be as real and full of growth as "real life" is. This is a good one to reflect upon as it allows us to raise many questions within ourselves about life, the universe and how it all ties together.

Success

A raindrop falls with enough force to kill a mosquito.

Mosquitoes fly in the rain without injury because of their ability to ride
the raindrops.

A raindrop falls at a rate of about 10 miles (16.13 km) per
hour, and in theory would have enough force to kill a mosquito on impact if the insect was on a solid surface.

The force of the impact significantly decreases, however, if the mosquito is moving through the air.

The insect’s light weight means that the raindrop does not lose much momentum when it hits the mosquito. Also, the exoskeleton of the mosquito is durable enough to absorb the impact without the insect being injured.

When a mosquito is hit by a raindrop while flying, the insect typically does not try to resist the force of the raindrop and will instead ride the raindrop until being able to resume flying -- usually unharmed.

Fear of Failure and Journey of Life.

Fear of Failure and Journey of Life.

In our LIFE, as we approach adulthood,
we list and prioritize our desires, our wants and our life goals.

However, we hardly give any importance to "failure."

If you are passionate and your desires are ambitious,
let me assure you of imminent failure.

People, who demand more from their LIFE,
are sure to be in discomfort for some period.
I congratulate them and hope you are one of them.

People with mediocre aims are O.K. with their life
as it comes to them and they do not fight for their Goals.
They will always be seen worrying.

Now let me tell you that there is a difference between worry and concern.”
Worry—you are looking at the past for 100% of your time.

Concern—you are eager for future steps/action for 100% of your time.

So, rather than worrying, be concerned towards future achievements.

Most of the people try to avoid discomfort. They show a lack of appreciation for the wisdom that hardship bestows. It has become somewhat natural to take the path of least resistance, clinging to the familiar, staying within our restricted safe places in an attempt to control the outcome.

Winston Churchill said, "Success is the ability to go from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm."

We need to be able to acknowledge, and value our courage and resilience during crisis. “When our sense of worthiness is established from within, we are not at the mercy of what others do, or think!”

“The opportunity resulting from failure is the potential for us to grow into more complete human beings”.

However, not all of us grow as the result of failure. Some who experience failure give up, and never fully recover. They become too fragile inside to get up off their knees.

Over the years, I have observed that we do not see much of a failure or crisis till the age of 35.

Our LIFE up to this period appeared to be charmed. Our list of desires includes getting good grades, going to the "right college," marrying the "right spouse," having a “right career” or starting a family within a “right time”.

From childhood, we have been taught to have comfort and “least importance is given on how to overcome the failure.” Failure is certain in our life at some or other time. Instead of seeing it as a "setback" take it as an “opportunity” to learn, to question, and to grow.

Many will numb themselves with more sleep, staying aloof, alcohol, drugs or even suicide. However, these are not the remedies.

In addition, some people avoid responsibility for the condition of their lives, jobs, relationships, and other actions.

They blame their pain on others and do not examine their roles in the systems of which they are a part. Others shrink their immediate world in order to make it more manageable.

All of these beliefs are equally fragile and false.

In our lives, there will be failure.

Temporarily we may forget that there were good times.

“However, when we accept that failure is a part of the process of living and learn from the experience, we become more than we could have been without failure.”

We then trust ourselves to create the life we want.

"I know the path: it is straight and narrow. It is like the edge of a sword. I rejoice to walk on it. I weep when I slip. God's word is: He who strives never perishes.

I have implicit faith in that promise, though, therefore from my weakness I fail a thousand times, I will not lose faith"...Gandhi

Barack Obama:

Making your mark on the world is hard.

If it were easy, everybody would do it.

But it's not. It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way.

The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won't. It’s whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere.

Havelock Ellis:
It is on our failures that we base a new, different and better success.

TRUE EDUCATION 5

by
   Swami Vivekanada

To me the very essence of
 education is concentration of mind,
not the collecting of facts.

If I had to do my education over again,
and had any voice in the matter,
I would not study facts at all,
I would develop the
power of concentration
and detachment,
and then with a perfect instrument,
I could collect facts at will.

TRUE EDUCATION 4

by Swami Vivekananda

We want that education
 by which character is formed,
strength of mind is increased,
the intellect is expanded,
and by which
one can stand on one’s own feet.

                                                                                                V 342

TRUE EDUCATION 3.

     by Swami Vivekananda

Education is not
the amount of information
that is put into your brain
and runs riot there,
undigested, all your life.

We must have life building,
man-making,
character making assimilation of ideas.

If you have assimilated 5 ideas
and made them your life and character,
you have more education
than any man who has got by heart a whole library.

                                                                                    IIII 302

TRUE EDUCATION 2.

by Swami Vivekananda

Education is the manifestation
of the perfection already in man.

Addition by Prof P.K.Keshap

As the mother Earth has gold, silver
and other minerals and they need to be
searched, dug and brought out of the womb
of Earth, education is the method to bring out
the best out of the learner.

TRUE EDUCATION:

by Swami Vivekananda

Bring light to the poor;
and bring more light to the rich,
for they require it more than the poor.

Bring light to the ignorant,
and more light to the educated,
for the vanities of the education
of our time are tremendous.

                                                                                III   247

Addition by Prof P.K.Keshap:

Hard skills are good for profession.
But soft skills are more important for living in society.
Nobody cares how much you know
until he knows how much you care.

Life is a formal school and we humans learn
something new each and every moment of the day
till the last day of our lives from all humans, animals,
ecology and environment.

For learning listening is most important. 2 ears one mouth
means 66% listening and 33% talking.

Learning is a life long process.
Knowingly or unknowingly
willingly or unwillingly
we learn from our interaction with others or our
environment.
Schools/colleges/universities teach hard skills
but most of the soft skills are self learnt from our culture,
family and environment at large. No coach.
Hit and try method works. So, love to learn.

We are our own coaches and trainers.

We have been given one body.
Whether to hate it or love is our choice.
If we love it, many deceases – mental and physically- are eliminated.
If we hate it, we don’t need external enemies, we have internal enemies. i
External enemies can be fought with weapons
but internal enemies can only be fought  with mindful living
and positive affirmations.

Osho says:

Accept yourself in absolute totality and celebrate yourself.
Never compare. Comparison is hell.

Believing in yourself, we can achieve what we wish.
Biggest problem is that we don’t know who we are,
what we are and what is the purpose of our existence
on planet Earth.

All holy scriptures say:

Know thyself and you will know the world.
World is nothing but your mental creation.

Don't feed your mind with discouraging or negative thoughts.
See the beauty in the world and the beauty within yourself,
you will grow beautiful mentally and physically.

Education enables a person to earn livelihood
but self-learning enables a person to earn a fortune.
Self-learning includes soft skills too.
Soft skills are about 60 in number,

Most of them are learnt by individuals themselves.

Situations are 10% and 90% is our reaction to situation.
Whether to react or not is our choice that can make us happy or unhappy.

Emerson's words must be remembered always:

What lies behind and
what lies before matters not
as compared to what lies
WITHIN.

Rejection is a part of success.
Series of rejections when reflected upon by continuous soul searching
results in improvement for self-development. More learning, more failures,
more lessons, more success.

Mentally weak bog down from failures while mentally strong get up,
learn a lesson from failure and do not quit but continue. In the end, they win.
Good lesson: Start from scratch. Keep on scratching and it will shine.

Conquering the Everest (highest peak in the world)
a person is able to conquer any goal to fulfill dreams.

I am going to share the views expressed by Swami Vivekananda on

 EDUCATION FOR CHARACTER
for inspiring and educating the people - young and old - throughout the world
irrespective of caste, creed, color or nationality.

I feel  I am a global citizen and to serve the humanity is my responsibility.

How the leaders viewed Swami Vivekananda’s writings.

‘Surely Swami Vivekananda’s writings need no introduction from anybody.
They make their own irresistible appeal.’

-         Mahatma Gandhi.

‘If you want to know about India, study Vivekananda.
In him, everything is positive and nothing negative.”
-         Rabindranath Tagore.

‘Directly or indirectly, he has powerfully influenced the India of today.
And I think that our younger generation will take advantage of this fountain of spirit and fire, that flows through Swami Vivekananda.’

God and Man

Dear all,

I have put GOD as a wise man and me as a normal person.

Now, you need to find the answers for yourself from this chat with GOD.
God:                    Hello. Did you call me?
Me:                     Called you? No. Who is this?

God:                    This is GOD. I heard your prayers. So I thought I will chat.
Me:                      I do pray. Just makes me feel good. I am actually busy now.
I am in the midst of something.

God:                    What are you busy at? Ants are busy too.
Me:                      Don't know. But I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic.
It's rush hour all the time.

God:                    Sure. Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you results. Activity consumes time.
                            Productivity frees it.
Me:                     I understand. But I still can't figure out. By the way, I was not expecting YOU to buzz
                            me on instant messaging chat.

God:                    Well I wanted to resolve your fight for time, by giving you some clarity.
In this era of net savvy people, I wanted to reach you through the medium you are
comfortable with. Me: Tell me, why has life become complicated now?
God: Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.
Me:                    Why are we then constantly unhappy?

God:                    Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. You are worrying because
you are analyzing. Worrying has become your habit. That's why you are not happy.
Me:                     But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

God:                     Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.
Me:                     But then, there is so much pain due to uncertainty. .

God:                    Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
Me:                    If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?

God:                    Diamond cannot be polished without friction.
Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don't suffer.
With that experience their life becomes better not bitter.

Me:                    You mean to say such experience is useful.

God:                    Yes, in every term, Experience is a hard teacher.
She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.

Me:                    But still, why should we go through such tests?
Why can’t we be free from problems?

God:                    Problems are Purposeful Roadblocks Offering Beneficial Lessons to Enhance Mental                                    Strength. Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you are free from                                problems.

Me:                    Frankly in the midst of so many problems, we don't know where we are heading..

God:                    If you look outside, you will not know where you are heading.
                           Look inside.
                           Looking outside, you dream.
                           Looking inside, you awaken.
                           Eyes provide sight.
                           Heart (Mind) provides insight.

Me:                    Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction.
                          What should I do?

God:                  Success is a measure as decided by others.
Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.
Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing your road ahead.
You work with the compass. Let others work with the clock.

Me:                  In tough times, how do you stay motivated?
God:                  Always look at how far you have come
rather than how far you have to go.
Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.

Me:                  What surprises you about people?
God:                 When they suffer they ask, "why me?"
When they prosper, they never ask "Why me".
Everyone wishes to have truth on his or her side,
but few want to be on the side of the truth.

Me:                  Sometimes I ask, who I am, why am I here. I can't get the answer.                                        God:                Seek not to find who you are, but to determine who you want to be.
Stop looking for a purpose as to why you are here.
                         Create it.
Life is not a process of discovery but a process of creation.

Me:                 How can I get the best out of life?
God:                Face your past without regret.
                       Handle your present with confidence.
Prepare for the future without fear.

 Me:                One last question.
Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.
God:                There are no unanswered prayers.
At times the answer is NO.
Me:                 Thank you for this wonderful chat.
God:                 Well. Keep the faith and drop the fear.
Don't believe your doubts and doubt your beliefs.
Life is a mystery to solve not a problem to resolve.
                        Trust me.
Life is wonderful if you know how to live.
"Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that took our                              breath away!

Believe me;

“God and Demons or Good and Evil is within others and us.  God is not in any form or religion.”
“It is concept and that has been created by wise human beings to control the humankind.”

I Am Energy. I Am Infinite. I Am Money.

By Greg Habstritt / Source: SimpleWealth.com
Most people think they know me.
They don't.
I am not what most people think I am. I am not the paper in your wallet, or the coins that jingle in your purse. I am not quietly sitting in your bank account, hoping to be used one day.
You cannot see me, feel me or touch me.
I am an idea. I am energy.
I'm neither good nor evil. I am only what you decide that I am, and I fulfill the role that you create for me.
I don't care how smart you are, where you live, what you do, or where you come from.
All I care about is your energy.
Your energy decides what thoughts you have, and therefore your thoughts will determine the relationship you have with me.
I have very simple needs, and simple rules.
I am infinite.
I have no limits, except for those you place on me with your mind. There is no limit to the energy in the world, and because I am simply energy, I cannot be restricted or controlled.
I crave abundance.
I am attracted to those who think without restrictions, who like to think big. When you believe there is enough of me to go around, I am naturally magnetized by that thinking.
I despise scarcity.
Because there is no limit to me, I avoid those who think from a win/lose or scarcity perspective. Those who believe I am in short supply, or difficult to receive, will find that very reality, because I choose to avoid those who think small.

I love value.
What magnetizes me most is the creation of value in the universe. I move to places where value is created, because creation is energy. If you wish to attract me into your life, focus on creating value for others, and I will appear.
I avoid entitlement and complacency.
No one 'deserves' to have me, and I am always moving to the place I am most respected and where value is created. It has nothing to do with 'fair'. Those who take me for granted or become complacent with my energy will find me gone.
I only have one job, and that is to serve you.
It is a matter of energy and value creation. My purpose is simply to move to where I am attracted most, and where I can grow.
My one goal is to replicate myself.
Because there is no limit to energy, my purpose is to reproduce and grow, in order
to bring more energy to the universe. I am created and replicated through value creation. I am an energy of evolution.
The message for you should be clear. Those who create value for others in the world will find me in their lives.
I am whatever you believe me to be.
So what you believe about me can make you miserable, or what you believe can
enable you to perform miracles.
I'm neither positive, nor negative.
I am what you decide I am.
If you fear me in any way, I can crush your ability to survive. If you get to know me, I can make your life flourish and your dreams come alive.

I can be your master, or I can be your servant.
I am only what you make me.
So, the relationship we have together will be determined by you.
Isn't it time we got to know each other better?

HAPPY THINKING

THINKING AND HAPPINESS

  1. Thinking and thoughts affect our happiness.
  2. We torture ourselves mentally for what may not happen for many years in reality.
  3. Live Example: Today morning, my daughter asked me to leave at her office. I asked my son to leave her at the office on the vehicle. As he was enjoying sleep and did not like to get up, he just said “NO” by waving his hand in sleep i.e. without opening his eyes.
  4. I felt lot of arrogance mentally murmuring “the boy does not help me and all are dependent upon me.”
  5. Effect: This kind of thinking caused mental anguish. Mind started burning, muscles started twitching. I was surprised to feel this.
  6. I immediately sent another message to mind: Why am I thinking that my son is not obeying me? If my son was not here at home and even then I had to go to leave the daughter at office.
  7. Just I started thinking like this : mental burning subsided, muscles’ twitching reduced and after 10-15 minutes my body was quite calm and I was driving the two wheeler to leave my daughter at office.
  8. We both laughed and talked a lot during the journey from home to office.
  9. I shared this working of the mind with my daughter too.
  10. I concluded that unhappiness is in the mind only.
  11. Mental possessions and over expectations are the real cause of unhappiness.
  12. Becoming happy is a person’s personal responsibility. Worldly possessions cannot make one happy.
  13. Work is love visible. Work and be rich or sit at the gate of a temple to receive alms from the people who work.
  14. Loving work is happiness. Love work mentally and you will not fall ill.
