Thoughts

Thoughts are the raw material

for Heaven or Hell.

In Srimad Bhawat Gita, Lord Krishna says:

Control your thoughts,

They will become your actions,

Control your actions;

They will become your habit;

Control your habits;

B'coz from your habits, you will reap the destiny.

Think wise, Dream big. Achieve big. Read good books. Your mind will grow to dream big.

Leave the inessential and focus on the essential. Every achievable dream can be fulfilled.

Dream without vision is day-dreaming. Vision without action is a wish alone. What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

Believe: I CAN DO and you will do. Thought power propels you to achieve what you dream, what is your goal. You are a powerful human. Who does not value time, time does not value him. Check your daily routine. See if what you do is in congruent with your goal or not. If not, mend it, manage it. TV or mobile non-essential can be taken care of after achieving the goal. But goal cannot be achieved by wasting time on TV, mobile or non-essential time consuming activities.

Fun

In youth, I loved to excel and run

I shun the fun

And always run and run.

As the speed was increasing,

The true life was decreasing.

The more I run, the more I shun my fun

The family and friends missed me.

Whenever I appeared once in a year,

Mom hugged me and kissed me.

As I advanced in life

I felt what for is all this stress and fuss,

All the day and night I run

And no time for fun.

As I grew wise with age

I wished to enjoy my fun

But alas youthful energy I lacked for fun,

From the window of my room,

I see the young kids play and make fun

Then I remember the days when I could have fun.

But kept on the run.

Nature turned the energy into wisdom;

I got to stop my run and taste the freedom.

From the window of my room, I look outside

And see small kids, singing, dancing and playing.

Now, small kids, their dance, their songs

are the source of my fun.

Taught in youth, work hard and fun was bad,

I fled from fun

With the age, I stumbled on the truth,

The fun is not for the old but for the youth.

Are you using Positive Affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements for describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. For ensuring the effectiveness of the Affirmations, it should be repeated with attention, conviction, faith and desire.

Our subconscious mind accepts as true what we keep saying, and eventually attracts corresponding events and situations into our life, irrespective whether they are good or bad for us, so we have to choose only positive affirmations.

Instead of occupying our mind with useless or negative thinking, we have to repeat positive affirmations at any time during the day. Immediately after waking up and before falling asleep are two very appropriate times, as at these times it is easier to get to the subconscious mind.

We are what we think we are. Therefore, we have to deposit only positive thoughts in our memory bank and withdraw only positive thoughts from our memory bank. Positive Affirmations is really a first step in this direction.

It is advisable to keep our affirmations in the present tense, short, easy to remember and of-course positive.

My sets of positive affirmations are as under:-

1. It’s all happening perfectly.

2. All is well.

3. Whatever happens, I’ll handle it.

4. I’m healthy, wealthy and confident.

5. I’m successful.

6. I’m Lucky (Luck always favours me).

7. I’m full of energy, love & happiness.

8. By day and by night, I’m being prospered in all my ways.

9. I’m attracting success, love, happiness and wealth.

10. I focus on my many blessings.

Prof P.K.Keshap 3101+ • You are right when you say: Our subconscious mind accepts as true what we keep saying and eventually attracts corresponding events and situations into our lives, whether they are good or bad for us.

In other words: Sub conscious mind follows GIGO method as computer follows. Garbage In Garbage Out. If I upload something dirty or wrong, the computer will not say: I won't it will accept and the resultant output will be as I have given the input. It is my responsibility to check the content while using as an input. Good explanation given by you. Thank you.
