Breathing


YOGA AND DEEP BREATHING

Deep breathing or breathing during yoga reduces behavioural irritation produced from stress and work load.

Yoga strengthens the immune system. Body’s efficiency to work depends upon the strength of the immune system. Weaker the immune system, greater the possibility of attracting the mental and physical diseases.

Learn yoga, practice yoga and deep breathing to remain mentally and physically fit and healthy. Also check, your both the nostrils are used while you breathe.  If right nostril is not helping you breathe in and breathe out, lie on your left shoulder in such a way that your arm is under left side and left leg of your body. Put your body weight on the left ht shoulder and it will open the right nostril.

I think that some nerve is there that is pressed and nostril opens. I have done it many times.

Same way, if left nostril is not helping you breathe in and breathe out, lie on your right shoulder in such a way that your right arm is under right side and right leg of your body. Put your body weight on the right shoulder and it will open the left nostril.

Practice, feel and be healthy. Left nostril gives oxygen to right side of body and right nostril gives oxygen to left side of body, my yoga teacher told.
