TAMING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

  • Control your weight.
  • Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables especially mushrooms
  • Stop smoking
  • Maintain moderation in alcohol consumption.
  • Lead an active life full of physical activity.
  • Exercise must be done regularly.
  • Have a check on your negative emotions.
  • Limit excess consumption of salt.
